can someone think of a good way to get this what's the leadtime on a trust etc. seperated from information like actual processing times i.e. I submitted x date it came back w date trust/individual/form information. The signal to noise seems to be growing.

Two eForm 1 SBRs
Individual
EFT Prints
Submitted 5/24/26
Approved 7/21/26

Hopefully this means the times on Form 1s are starting to drop as I was expecting 3 months instead of 2. Now the ATF just needs to get off their butts and approve the no engraving rule so I can make these, along with a Nexus Evo which was approved in May.

Honestly, following this thread is probably the best gauge on lead times.

Pretty sure what he’s wanting is just the actual processing time and submission type. No “just submitted”, “still waiting”, etc. Just form X submitted on day Y, approved on day Z, and individual or trust.

Still... two months for some Form 1's isn't great, especially since you're not one of the ones I see who typically gets delayed, like I do. Frown

Which is kind of hilarious if you read the OP. Big Grin

Signified's thread, and I don't think he'd personally care if he were still around. I say that knowing him personally. It's become a catch-all discussion of "NFA wait times" and isn't generally loaded with off-topic stuff anyways. I think the conversation is a pretty good indicator of processing times.

But hey, if you want just raw, pure data on processing times and lots of it:

Deadair CT5P trust submitted through Silencer Central 6/2, approved today, 7/24. That was also submitted using a UPIN. Doesn’t seem to make any difference.

Yay!

Form 4 files June 28th, DISAPPROVED today. Reason given was the Responsible Person Questionnaire on my trust. I'll probably just refile for individual.
