On the part of the Iranians. If they are agreeing to a deal, and then breaking it and acting on bad faith within hours, then no accord can be made with them, period.

This would seem to indicate that Iran has indeed agreed to a peace deal, the announcement of the state funeral for Khomeini:

My level of trust that the Iranians will actually cease working to either build or acquire nukes lies somewhere between nada and zilch. But if we can at least get all the known enriched stuff out of there I'll call it a good deal.

They can’t get to bomb grade material if they have no centrifuges and towers.
