IIRC, bill clinton pardoned somebody who was a fugitive in hiding overseas. Even though the suspect never went to trial, he was proactively pardoned. This same thing WILL happen for the hag if Trump wins. And, in return, the clinton foundation will make a very large 'charitable contribution' for the obama presidential library. This message has been edited. The state supreme court ruled that the extra 200+ votes in the trunk of the demo operative were legit, right? How many of the supremes were appointed by a democrat?

I believe in the principle of Due Process |
That's not true. The Presidential pardon power is essentially unlimited, and no conviction is required for a pardon. Remember Nixon? There are others as well. A pardon must be accepted, however, and that carries an inference of guilt. Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me. When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

haven't heard much about the Clinton Foundation helping Haiti after Hurricane Matthew. Maybe this is why: http://www.breitbart.com/2016-...r-fleecing-haitians/ The last time tragedy struct the tiny Caribbean country, Bill and then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton — according to scores of enraged Haitians — used their billion dollar charity and leveraged their global connections to enrich themselves and their monied cronies. Following the devastating earthquake in Haiti in 2010 — while 316,000 lifeless bodies lay buried under rubble, and while 300,000 Haitians suffered from injuries, with another 1.3 million displaced — the Clintons saw an opportunity to cash in. Hillary Clinton’s brother, Tony Rodham, landed a lucrative and historically rare Haitian “gold exploitation permit,” while Clinton Foundation donors, including Digicel mobile phone company founder Denis O’Brien, were winning multi-million dollar contracts that would siphon massive profits from the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. While then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s State Department was funneling billions in relief funds to rebuild Haiti, the Clinton Foundation was leveraging its influence to guide high-dollar contracts to longtime Clinton cronies who would go on to reap millions off the catastrophe that had claimed so many lives on the devastated island. “I deal through the Clinton Foundation,” Tony Rodham said according to a transcript of his testimony during court proceedings, obtained by The New York Times. “That gets me in touch with the Haitian officials. I hound my brother-in-law [Bill Clinton], because it’s his fund that we’re going to get our money from. And he can’t do it until the Haitian government does it.” The anger at the Clintons from the Haitian people is no secret. Indeed, dozens of Haitian protesters gathered outside the Democrat National Convention in July and railed against the Clintons and the Clinton Foundation for their long-reported history of using their global connections to exploit the resources and the poor people of Haiti. “The main message is that Hillary Clinton belongs in jail,” one protester said at the time when asked what the overall message of the protest was. “We believe that the world should know about the crimes the Clinton family has committed against the country of Haiti–the money they have stolen from the earthquake victims. And we believe that were this to be anyone else, they’d be in jail right now.” “She’s not in jail because she’s being protected by the Obama administration, the Justice Department, State Department,” the protester said.

If Trump wins, her public life is over anyway. She'd take the pardon in a heartbeat, and quickly fade from public view.

A lot of speculation here that Obama would grant such a pardon if Trump wins. I'm not that confident such a pardon would be forthcoming. If Trump wins, there is nothing left that the Clinton's can do for Obama that he can't do for himself and....the Obama's and the Clinton's really dislike each other. They hate each other. Would Obama issue such a pardon? Maybe. Then again, maybe not.

Para, sorry for the derailment. Back on topic, this election has been the most chaotic, entertaining, and dirty one I have ever seen. I am glad Trump was nominated as our candidate. I think anyone else would have wilted under the constant barrage of sleaze the media has been spraying around. Thank you President Trump.

Well, I can tell you, from driving around my neighborhood, there's numerous signs for other elections...local judges, and whatnot. There's exactly 2 'H-->' signs I've seen, and they're almost exactly across the street from each other. Overhearing some chit chat at the gym, sounds like folks aren't anywhere as gullible as she'd like. And while we agree polls are about as accurate a as a Ouija board, I did note her 'lead' by MSM evaporating rapidly...nothing like the 11 pt. lead they were touting right after polling a bunch of demo's right after the P-Tape was released...but shhhh, [low voice] before the second debate. She's in big trouble and she knows it. BOSS A real life Sisyphus... "It's not the critic who counts..." TR Exodus 23.2: Do not follow the crowd in doing wrong... Quote from oddball's post: They took in an extraordinary amount of money from foreign governments, large corporations & companies, etc. and a Clinton loss will amount to a nothing investment for all of them. And just maybe one of those "investers" will be ticked off enough to send a "messenger" to demand their money back for undelivered goods. Not only out to pasture but penniless as well. A fitting end to their dynasty.

Peter Thiel to Donate $1.25 Million in Support of Donald Trump SAN FRANCISCO — Peter Thiel, true to his reputation as the most contrarian soul in Silicon Valley, is doubling down on Donald J. Trump. The only prominent supporter of the Republican candidate in the high-tech community, Mr. Thiel is making his first donation in support of Mr. Trump’s election. He will give $1.25 million through a combination of super PAC donations and funds given directly to the campaign, a person close to the investor said on Saturday. The donation puts the billionaire investor high on a very short list of big Trump contributors. One of the biggest donors is Robert Mercer of the hedge fund Renaissance Technologies. He and his daughter Rebekah Mercer have given $15.5 million in support of the Republican candidate’s election, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. Geoffrey Palmer, a Los Angeles developer, has donated $2 million. Mr. Thiel, who spoke at the Republican National Convention, apparently is unfazed by the storm around the candidate in the last week following the broadcasting of lewd conversations recorded by the syndicated program “Access Hollywood.” The source, who requested anonymity, said the investor feels the country needs fixing, and Mr. Trump can do it. A spokesman for Mr. Thiel declined to comment. A spokesman for Mr. Trump did not immediately respond to a message for comment. The technology world has kept its wallet shut regarding Mr. Trump. By one accounting, the Trump campaign has raised $300,000 from tech companies; by another, only $19,000. The candidate and Silicon Valley began on a bad note, with Mr. Trump lashing out at Amazon, Apple and other large companies. His position on immigration is the opposite of the tech industry’s, and he has shown little interest in other issues important to entrepreneurs. A meeting this month between tech industry advisers and Trump advisers was largely considered a bust. Silicon Valley has been forced to confront its lack of diversity in recent years, which would make support of Mr. Trump especially problematic. Brian Krzanich, the chief executive of Intel, had planned to hold a fund-raiser for Mr. Trump in June, but hours after the event became public, it was abruptly canceled. In a Twitter message, Mr. Krzanich said he did not intend to endorse either presidential candidate. Mr. Thiel, 49, emigrated from Germany as a child. He co-founded PayPal and Palantir, which focuses on pattern-finding software. His net worth is estimated at about $2.7 billion. Ever since Mr. Thiel was reported to be a California delegate for Mr. Trump, questions have swirled about why he had not given any of his wealth to help his candidate. At the convention, Mr. Thiel sounded a populist tone rarely heard among entrepreneurs. “Across the country, wages are flat. Americans get paid less today than 10 years ago,” he said. “But health care and college tuition cost more every year. Meanwhile, Wall Street bankers inflate bubbles in everything from government bonds to Hillary Clinton’s speaking fees. Our economy is broken. If you’re watching me right now, you understand this better than any politician in Washington D.C.” He also said he was “proud to be gay,” the first time a Republican convention speaker had made such a statement. Mr. Thiel was identified as gay nine years ago by a blog owned by Gawker Media. He said writers at Gawker should be identified “as terrorists, not as writers or reporters,” and he eventually funded the wrestler Hulk Hogan’s successful lawsuit against the site. Gawker’s flagship website was closed by its new owner, Univision, in August. http://www.nytimes.com/2016/10...ld-j-trump.html?_r=0 Donald Trump is not a politician, he is a leader, politicians are a dime a dozen, leaders are priceless.

Dear Silly Con Valley, H1B crack is whack. Get hooked and you miss the market. Sure, you spend 1/3rd or less of going wage rates. But it takes 3 times as long to get any useful shit out of the labor force you've bought. Diversity, of course, currently = offshore folks and Americans under 35. Time to ... They may be thinking that since they own the media these debates are just about all the exposure her scandals get and skipping the last one will limit the exposure of the next major bombs Assange is dropping. Thank you President Trump.
