I don't know if it "makes him" anything. Why don't you tell us? Obviously, you have an opinion on the matter. Don't pose questions to us. Tell us. Just say whatever is on your mind.

Been there, done that.

Just want to state these real, practical, truths regarding the 2016 election as clearly and concisely as possible:

  • A vote not cast is a vote for Mrs. Clinton.

  • A vote cast for a third party candidate (like Johnson (L) or Stein (G)) is a vote for Mrs. Clinton.

  • The ONLY vote against Mrs. Clinton is a vote cast FOR Mr. Trump.

That's God's honest truth. Trump is what we got. We either carry him over the finish line or we will all watch America turn into hell.

    Thanks,

    Sap

^ respectfully, Sap, the answer is - it depends...

    think of it like this:

    * if Voter-x is already Right-leaning, already generally votes Republican, or is already fairly amenable to our side/cause, then yes, absolutely, it is imperative that *those* types of voters (which includes most typical Republicans) actually participate AND vote Trump.

    * however, for everyone else, all on the Left, and at least half of the Middle, the sum total of which is already a bigger group than our side - even on a good day, then what's MOST important is that as many of *them* as possible cast a vote AGAINST Hillary, whether by staying home, voting 3d Party, or in the least likely scenario actually voting FOR Trump.

Ultimately, this election will be decided by how many vote against Hillary in either form. This election, more so than about Trump, is/should be about defeating Hillary, as when defeating Hillary is the primary goal we reach the most who can help us, directly or otherwise.

She is the focus, she is the political enemy. Trump just happens to be the guy... and even on Trump's best day, it's easier to argue Hillary's failures and threats than Trump's pros...

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

    Kasich continues his nonsense comments.

I used to like Kasich until he ran for president.

    On CNN today,

Kasich has long called for the party to unify , and expressed displeasure with Trump's hesitation to endorse several prominent establishment GOP candidates

Kasich refused to say whether he would vote for Trump.

    odd party unification

On John McCain: "As far as I'm concerned, McCain shouldn't even have to run for election in the Senate," Kasich said. "He ought to be in the Senate as long as he wants to be."

    sure, no need for voters.

If Trump loses Ohio, look no further than Kasich for the problem

adding: if you think the story is true about Kasich being offered the Trump VP position and running foreign and domestic policy,

    watch Kasich's answer:

    https://youtu.be/N-WxXUkY3DU

    Kasich laughs.

    "Apparently, "
"That's what the reports are, but you know"
"that is what one them told me" (one of his aides - not named)

Man charged in Cleveland bar shooting after argument over Donald Trump

    Link

CLEVELAND, Ohio — A man accused of shooting a fellow bar patron because he supported Donald Trump for president turned himself in to police on Friday.

Darnell Hall, 45, is charged with felonious assault. His bond was set at $15,000 Saturday during his initial appearance in Cleveland Municipal Court.

The shooting happened about 5 p.m. July 25 at Winston's Bar on East 131st Street and Miles Avenue.

Defense attorney Harvey Bruner said during the hearing that Hall and a 60-year-old man got into an argument because the other man was saying that Donald Trump would be a good president.

Hall disagreed and a fight ensued.

Cleveland police said the men met on the bar's back patio.

The men, who are both regulars at the bar, started talking about the presidential election, with the 65-year-old man saying he preferred Donald Trump.

The bar's owner jumped in to separate them, and brought the 60 year old into the bar. Hall walked around the outside of the building and through the front door, police said.

    The argument rekindled.

Hall pulled a pistol from his pants and shot the 60-year-old man in the right thigh, police said. Hall then ran out the bar's front door, jumped into a Cadillac truck and drove off, according to police.

Bruner said the police's version of the shooting was different that Hall's. He said Hall had a gun with him the entire time and pulled out his gun during the argument over Trump.

Bruner said the bar owner tried to grab Hall's gun, which caused the gun to fire one shot.

Hall was sentenced in April to 18 months of probation after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor assault charge related to a May 7, 2015 incident at the same bar.

He and a woman got into a fight with two other women. Hall struck the women with a bottle, according to court records.

Hall ran into the Cleveland police detective assigned to his case at Winston's Bar in October after he had posted bond. The officer was off-duty, and the man confronted him.

Hall told the officer that he was out of jail, and asked the officer what he wanted to do, according to court records. The officer left the bar and told Cuyahoga County prosecutors about the encounter.
