I think decreasing and controlling immigration was where the Trump campaign took off.

Trump needs to keep hammering that.

http://www.breitbart.com/2016-...on-mass-immigration/

The poll was conducted by Gravis Marketing, a nonpartisan research firm, in conjunction with Breitbart News Network, and surveyed a random selection of 2,010 registered voters throughout the nation.

By a nearly 6 to 1 margin, U.S. voters believe immigration should be decreased rather than increased.

By a 25-to-1 margin, voters believe that unemployed American workers should get preference for a U.S. job rather than a foreign worker brought in from another country.

Sixty one percent of voters believe that any politician, “who would rather import foreign workers to take jobs rather than give them to current U.S. residents, is unfit to hold office.”

Three out of four voters believe the nation needs “an immigration system that puts American workers first, not an immigration system that serves the demands of donors seeking to reduce labor costs.”

A majority of U.S. voters (53%) believe “record amounts of immigration into the U.S. have strained school resources and disadvantaged U.S. children.”

A majority of voters (55%) disagree with Hillary Clinton’s call to release illegal immigrants arriving at the border into the United States and give them a chance to apply for asylum.

Roughly three out of four voters— including nearly three out of four Democrat voters— believe that “instead of giving jobs and healthcare to millions of refugees from around the world, we should rebuild our inner cities and put Americans back to work.”

Trump unloaded on Twitter. "'I wish good luck to all of the Republican candidates that traveled to California to beg for money etc. from the Koch Brothers. Puppets?" the billionaire wrote.'"

See... obviously he doesn't need or want their money.

The network has resources and technology rivaling the Republican Party's infrastructure and spent close to $400 million in 2015 on its goals to minimize the role of government in people's lives.

Conversations over the weekend suggested that there are a small number Koch figures who remain hopeful that even if Trump does become the nominee, he can be persuaded to adopt more free market policies.

I would like to hear more from Trump about minimizing the role of government in people's lives as well.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

No Hillary Here, all Trump. Matter of fact, I'll go as far as pointing out, no Hillary yard signs, and very few bumper stickers. You just about can't throw a dead cat without hitting a Trump sign in a yard.

And are you in a typically red or blue state?

I don't want to hear this crap from politicians. I want to hear about what they're actually going to do. How refreshing would that be?

Yes, well that would be nice.
I just want government out of the way.

What exactly does it mean when he says he's going to "take care of" people?
It would be refreshing to know.

Many have pointed out that Ryan’s recent statements seem designed to undermine Trump and the Republican Party’s chances of electoral success in 2016.

Indeed, several reports have documented that Ryan would likely accomplish more of his legislative goals on foreign trade, foreign migration, and foreign wars if Hillary Clinton were in the White House than if Donald Trump were president.

As Breitbart News has previously reported, the central pillars of Ryanism are very similar to the pillars of Clinton’s agenda.

The Ryan-Clinton agenda on crime, trade, and immigration also aligns with the views of the Koch brotherss.

Ryan will face Wisconsin voters at the polls on August 9th. Should Ryan win his re-election and Trump lose, it is likely that — as Tim Kaine has predicted — amnesty will be enacted within the first 100 days, the TPP will be implemented, and criminal sentencing laws will be reduced, potentially resulting in an increase in the amount of violent crime and recidivism in U.S. communities.

All of these policies are supported by Paul Ryan, the Koch brothers, and the globalist special interests who fund both the Clinton campaign and Ryan.

In 2012 I was a big Ryan fan. Now it is hard to accept how wrong that might have been.

Whether we win or lose this thing on November 8th, it will be a true statement on November 9th that Trump was his own worst enemy throughout the entire process. I still think Trump will win a fairly significant popular vote victory and a very close EC victory.

I agree. That's a fight you're not going to win. Calling them out was stupid.

Mr. Khan doesn't get any sympathy from me. He made the choice to insert himself and his family into national politics, and worse, he's actively trying to get Hillary elected. He needs to shut up and go away and honor his son privately with friends and family.

I've find these people quite shameful if you want to know the truth.

All Trump had to do was say that he thanked them for their son's service and was sorry for their loss, but he can't agree with them.

The border must be secured and immigrants thoroughly vetted. Period. End of story.

Too true. Also, he needs to start turning these set ups on Hillary. For example, how does he compare his sacrifice to theirs? He can't, but what exactly was Hillary's sacrifice again?

I would ask, who was your son U.S. Capt. Humayun Khan fighting, Mrs. Kahn?

Who was the enemy who killed him and his fellow soldiers?

That's right. It was militant, organized Muslim enemies of the United States of America.

Those are the Muslims Trump opposes, not your son, nor his loyal American brother soldiers.

This is the national conversation we should be having.

The Dems stuck this couple up there to bait Trump into exactly what happened here, a no win response. It's the equivalent of asking him when he stopped beating his wife. It was a well played ploy and Trump stepped right into it. It won't matter other than helping to move the news cycle off the Democrat Party email scandal.

When you boil it down, these people were used by the Dems....that's what should anger people. As to the gentleman in question, yeah no sympathy for the current spotlight on him. You got up and wagged your finger in the dogs face....don't cry when you get bit.

what did they sacrifice? They forced their son into service? No, he volunteered knowing very well the dangers he would face. That isn't to take anything away from their loss, but their son made a sacrifice, they did not.

Bullshit. Losing your "child" is quite a sacrifice in my opinion. To say otherwise is playing word games with definitions.
