Those in the GOPe who said that will walk it back, just you watch.

"Let me clarify my previius remark about Mr. Trump. The arithmetic is such that Trump is unlikely to get 1,237 delegates. What I meant was he'll get more than 1,237."

See, its all how you spin it after-the-fact.

No doubt. It is all about the spin.

This was a pleasure to read:

News anchor booed at graduation ceremony for anti-Trump remarks, speaking Spanish

quote:
De La Cruz describes Salinas’ speech as “well received” until the anchor “became a little too Latino-centric and blatantly anti-Trump.”

Salinas made a point of singling out and praising Latino graduates for their achievement, and then speaking in Spanish to address their parents and pay tribute to their sacrifices to make their children’s achievement possible.

De La Cruz said that Salinas asked the crowd to repeat some Spanish motivational words after her, a move that prompted protests as some non-Latino students and parents in the crowd yelled, “What about us?”

“Tensions worsened as Salinas began offering advice to journalism students to use the tools of the media to rebut political figures such as Donald Trump,” De La Cruz wrote. “That’s when folks began yelling things to Salinas such as, ‘Get off the stage!' and ‘Trash!’”

De La Cruz said she cringed as tension rose, and she found herself in the midst of the verbal attacks on Salinas and the anchor’s provocative comments.

At one point, part of the crowd cheered Salinas on while the other yelled insults and booed, the student said.

Eventually, De La Cruz said, Salinas “finally praised” students of other ethnicities, “but the damage was done.”

The day Trump wins the election, I'm sending this racist bitch an email taunt. She'll get a second email from me on Inauguration Day.

"Meestar Trump! Joo cannot deport eleven million of the peoples!!"

Wanna bet?

Protests turn violent outside Trump rally in New Mexico

Police responded by firing pepper spray and smoke grenades into the crowd outside the Albuquerque Convention Center.

During the rally, the presumptive Republican presidential nominee was interrupted repeatedly by protesters, who shouted, held up banners and resisted removal by security officers.

The banners included the messages "Trump is Fascist" and "We've heard enough."

Trump responded instructing security to remove the protesters and mocking their actions by telling them to "Go home to mommy."

I"m proud that much of the class and parents shot her down, it's about time we stood up against the activism with bully tactics in this country.

The only way to get them out of the picture is to shout them down. Letting them go hasn't worked, the press (proven by the speaker) supports situations with these issues, it sells.

Her twatter response was that the non spanish response of boos was Racist. I don't think that word means what she thinks it means..

Lady just STFU and get a dictionary

The one in the room with race issues is you, continuing the push for division arrogance and entitlement.

Loved the one guys response on Twatter (its in the article).

Meanwhile, in a similar display of totalitarian tactics as we saw in NM, a talk by Milo Yiannopoulous at DePaul University-- on the topic of freedom of speech-- was shut down by BLM protestors who threatened to punch him in the face, took the microphone from his hands, and generally carried on like thugs until the event was cancelled.

Yiannopoulous is a gay conservative who is definitely confrontational in that he is not only not PC, he is anti-PC. But this was a scheduled talk at DePaul-- and the BLM thugs shut it down. And let's not forget that the topic was freedom of speech, which is supposedly protected by the First Amendment. No word of apology to him from the university, or condemnation of the thuggish BLM tactics.

As an academic, I am appalled at the way universities and colleges across the country, including the "elite" ivy leagues, have buckled to the strong-arm tactics of racists. Even just 5 years ago, I would not have believed that such a thing could happen in the USA.

The left, however, has seen that it has a green light on violence and intimidation. It works on college campuses. But before the election in November, they will overplay their hand at a Trump rally and there will be Hell to pay for them.

When they try violence and lose-- badly-- then watch the hand-wringing from the left, and the righteous condemnations of "fascist tactics."

I read that the university (and Milo's people) paid for security guards, who did absolutely nothing to quell the confrontation. They basically let these assholes do anything they pleased, without moving an inch.

Trump is slowly turning me into a fanboy. I spit out my water reading this. Not afraid to call BS straight to their faces.

(CNN)Sen. Elizabeth Warren delivered a fiery condemnation of Donald Trump on Tuesday, continuing her role as an unflinching antagonist to the presumptive Republican nominee and leading both high profile politicians to sharply and publicly mock each other.

In a speech at the Center for Popular Democracy's annual gala, the progressive stalwart took aim at Trump's business record and populist rhetoric during a 10-minute invective, and Trump responded by calling Warren "Pocahontas," reviving a 2012 controversy how the Massachusetts senator described her Native American heritage.
Opinion: Trump's casual racism toward Native Americans
Warren portrayed the billionaire real estate mogul as uncaring and dishonest -- picking up on Trump's comments he made about the 2008 financial crisis.
"What kind of a man roots for people to get thrown out of their houses? What kind of a man roots for people to get thrown out of their jobs? To root for people to lose their pensions?" Warren asked.

"I'll tell you exactly what kind of a man does that," she continued. "It is a man who cares about no one but himself. A small, insecure, money-grubber who doesn't care who gets hurt, so long as he makes a profit off it."
Donald Trump in 2006: I 'sort of hope' real estate market tanks
Warren has frequently attacked Trump using the real estate mogul's trademark medium Twitter, but Tuesday's verbal broadside comes as the Massachusetts Democrat continues to stay uncommitted in her party's presidential primary. An oft-speculated vice presidential pick, Warren has professed neutrality between Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders -- though her willingness to hit Trump hard reflects an eagerness among top Democrats to pivot toward a general election footing.
Trump, for his part, has fired back at Warren on Twitter, calling her "goofy" and questioning her Senate record.

Speaking at a rally in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Tuesday night, Trump also called Warren "Pocahontas," a reference to how her past description of her native American heritage became a divisive campaign issue during his bid to become senator in 2012.
"Elizabeth Warren, she is going out -- she is probably the senator that is doing just about the least in the United States senate," Trump told his audience. "She is a total failure."
He followed up with a tweet Wednesday morning, writing, "Goofy Senator Elizabeth Warren @elizabethforma has done less in the U.S. Senate than practically any other senator. All talk, no action!"
During her speech, Warren fiercely rejected Trump's effort to portray himself as tough on Wall Street, saying, "Now that he has sewn up the Republican nomination, Donald Trump has dropped all pretense. He is kissing the fannies of the poor, misunderstood Wall Street bankers."
"Donald Trump is worried about helping poor little Wall Street -- let me find the world's smallest violin to play a sad, sad song," she joked.
The Massachusetts senator also hit the presumptive Republican nominee for his unwillingness to release his tax returns, noting that while every presidential candidate since 1976 has done so, "he doesn't think that the rules that apply to everyone else should apply to him."
Donald Trump's empire

"Maybe he is just a lousy businessman and he just doesn't want everyone to know that he's not as rich as he claims to be. But...the last time that his taxes were made public, Donald Trump paid nothing. Zero," she noted, referencing a Washington Post report that revealed Trump had paid no taxes when his returns were made public in 1981.
Warren then skewered Trump for defending his desire to avoid paying taxes: "Two weeks ago, he said that he was more than happy to dodge taxes because he doesn't want to throw his money, quote, 'down the drain.'"
"Let's be clear," Warren said. "Nurses and teachers and dockworkers, they pay their fair share to keep Trump's businesses going. Programmers and engineers and small business owners, they pay their fair share to support our military, who show courage and sacrifice every day."
"Donald Trump thinks that supporting them is throwing money down the drain? Then I say we throw Donald Trump down the drain."

Just turned on the TV. It's looking like another protest will be getting underway tonight in Anaheim. The Mexican flags are out, the trash are already throwing trash at the police, yada, yada, yada....

Well keep it up, you anti-American slugs. But be prepared, cause November is going to be a little rough for you, to be sure.

From what I understand, Milo's people and the campus Republicans had to pay an extra $1440 for an additional 12 security guards (or threat of cancellation), but that got knocked down to eight guards. They, along with some Chicago PD officers, were told to stand down by administrators.

I am a Constitutional Conservative. My first choice was Gov. Scott Walker. When he dropped out I supported Ted Cruz.

Donald Trump is a petulant child. He has held every position on every issue depending on what was politically expedient for that moment. In an interview when asked about his rhetoric and whether or not he could be presidential he responded that he could be presidential but that he tells the people what they want to hear. He never has a solid response to a policy question. He has no idea what policy is.

I get it. People, including me are angry. Trump just happens to be the outside voice that most gravitated to to express that anger.

I used to pay attention to everything going on in our country. I watched Fox News regularly and listened to most conservative talk radio shows. I am a patriot and used to care about the direction this country is headed.

But now, thanks to Donald J. Trump I have turned it all off. I don't care anymore. I don't pay attention anymore. We're screwed anyway you look at it.
