Glenn Beck hasn't been mentally right in the head since the rise of Obama in 2007. I remember a pretty funny guy who was worth listening to, not this gloomy conspiracy-theory-tinfoil-hat-wackjob we have now.

I keep telling people that Glenn Beck is a whack job. "Oh", they'll say, "he's just misunderstood."

No, he's nuts, plain and simple.

Para, Glenn Beck is certainly anything but consistant. He seems to reinvent himself every year or so and definitly seems a bit unstable. Crazy? Maybe.

Some of the stuff Beck says may have a twinge of truth to them. They however, get lost in the sea of adds for freeze dried emergency food and precious metals. After about a half hour, I want to go stick my head in the oven. O'Rielly used to tour with him but started distancing himself a while back. That should tell you something....about BOTH of them. I hope Trump backing out of the FOX news debate Thursday doesn't backfire. I think it's a mistake.

Wow, that's a mistake. His hardcore supporters will love it, but Iowa voters have historically made up their mind a few days before the race. It may not be in the primaries, but his ego is going to backfire at some point in this race.

quote:
MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa -- Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump says he will not attend a debate scheduled for Thursday night in Des Moines, an unexpected twist just days before voters here launch the election process.

"I probably won't be doing the debate. I'm going to have something else in Iowa," he said during a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.

After the press conference, Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski confirmed to The Washington Post that Trump would "definitely not" participate in Thursday's Fox News debate.

Part of me hopes it bites him in the ass. It just comes off as arrogant. Like the football team looking past their next opponent and thinking about playoffs it just seems like a miscalculation.

Maybe he does not want to debate Cruz again?

I say big mistake on the part of Fox.

Yes, they will crack wise about Donald being scared of Ms Kelly. If Trump holds a press conference or any other event at the same time, or immediately afterward, he will have something memorable to say.

Interesting turn of events.

As I’ve observed before, people claim to hate politicians—right up until they stop acting like politicians, and then they’re hated for not acting like politicians.

Presidential candidate “debates” in recent years are farcical, and I wouldn’t participate either.
Unless I wanted to be elected.

It's a risky move, if that's his play.

And I agree, she has no business being involved in another Presidential Debate, ever again.

It'll be interesting to see how this shakes out.

Yes, his followers and some independents will tune in, but 65% of GOP voters aren't in his camp. They are looking for a candidate or looking for a second choice for when their person drops out.

This is like Seattle throwing the ball in the Super Bowl last year. Maybe it works, but you are on the 1 yard line and about to win. The best move 6 days away from winning is to pull some kind of egotistical stunt? This is not presidential and while his supporters will love it, I doubt this plays well to the majority of GOP voters who aren't in his camp yet.

Oh good, it's been a while since the last "Trump has done himself in this time!" His poll numbers jump every time.

Megyn Kelly is not a "journalist." She is a beautiful blonde attention whore, as conceited and driven as any Hollywood "star." She tried to shit on Trump last time for the attention and adulation it would bring her, and it blew back in her face. She and Fox doubled down. And Trump, as entropy says, is telling them "No. It's not the same old game anymore."

Even if it cost Trump Iowa--so what? Iowa is a nothingburger, blown up out of all proportion by the media. Santorum won Iowa. Huckabee won Iowa.

Anyone who stands up to the MSM (which Fox is most definitely part of) will enjoy enthusiastic support from great masses of the American people who are sick and tired of these assholes-- like Princess Megyn.
