Why did Trump need a knock out punch? Did he need one more than Hillary? They are tied in all credible polling nationwide and Trump leads in all credible polling in enough battleground states to win the election.

Trump stirred some pots tonight that will keep the media happy and buzzing for days. They'll be talking about the "transfer of power" and other nonsense that the American people will tune out. They won't, however, be talking about groping and sex tapes. That narrative hasn't worked for Hillary and the topic has now been exhausted.

That may not fit the definition of a "knock out" punch but it is likely enough to win the election for Trump.

Here nose was running down her lip at one point in the debate.

I noticed the running of the nose. I guess she just couldn't reach up and wipe it? It must not be good on television to rub a runny nose.

edit: I know that's not important. I think he did a really good job and hit her good several times.
She did the robotic responses and never answered one of Trump's accusations.

I do think Trump made a mistake in his answer about accepting the results of the election.

One way to recover is to now emphasize that he feels that way because of the massive current corruption in the federal govt and the OKeefe video tapes about voter fraud.

Bush v Gore

Gore didn't "peacefully accept the outcome" until they ran out of options to fight it.

I don't think it was a mistake at all. I think that is exactly what he implied by mentioning the videos.

She seemed physically weak and scripted.

He was more off the cuff and able to express his ideas at more of a common level.

At this point, I really don't care how he responds to the election if he loses. A loaded question.

Jim: Hey Bob, how are you going to react if you don't get the promotion?

Bob: Ummm..why are you asking me that, Jim?

If Hillary refused a peaceful transfer she'd be a patriot and a victimized woman fighting for what a man has stolen from her.

Very well done. Under control and not reflecting his bias one way or the other. A refreshing change.

Wallace did do an outstanding job. I know a few here that had their doubts on it, but he indeed do a fine job.

Bush vs Gore was mostly miscounted, mistakes and generally sloppy procedures. What fraud there was, was likely on behalf of Gore. There was no need or justification for non-peaceful measures as the side that was wronged still prevailed.

It could be argued that such corruption is already in play and widespread on behalf of Clinton.

Already the liberal spin machine has created the straw-man narrative of how it is so "beyond the pale" that Trump "won't accept the results of the election".

But do I need to point out that HE DID NOT SAY THAT !?!?!?

He said he would "look at it at the time". A perfectly reasonable position. Nobody knows what is going to happen, and we all really will "look at it at the time."

So much missed there. A national opportunity to educate and contrast was lsot.

Hillary using the false 33 thousand number while no one mentioning how self protection and a government check preserves "ordered liberty" skewed the discussion.

It would have been useful to talk to vulnerable people, like women, about how firearms are used for self defense while giving just one real life example.

Hillary's love for Australian-style gun confiscation and so many other things were absent.

Maybe Eric or Donald Jr. should have taken that question.
