The Obama justice department is not going to indict Clinton.

Why would it throw that monkey wrench into the works? Obama has no love for any Clinton, but he won't indict Clinton and do something that could very well throw the election to the GOP.

You are allowing your wish that she be indicted (which I share) to get in the way of your reason.

I've said the same.
She's at Obama's mercy, and he will extract a price... but his AG won't indict her, as much as I think she should.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Hildebeast and Danky are attached at the hip, the DNC is behind her, and they're pretty much stuck with her at this juncture. Most anything is possible, I guess, but the likelihood that a smoking gun of such epic proportions comes along that even Obama can't duck it, just in time to help us with the election, is probably longer odds than the recent PowerBall.

I wish it weren't the case, but...

the Elephant and Donkey have always seemed rather dopey to me, at least the particular characterizations. And really, aside from that, an Elephant and a Donkey? So lame.

Add some snakes and skulls and fire and shit... Motivate people, be strong, be cool...

Well, there are certainly differing opinions on this. This particular judge makes a pretty sober and compelling case that he feels that she should be indicted, and that the intelligence agency is solidly poised to push for this outcome.

I'll post the link because the video is worth watching, along with the article.

IMHO Trump represents what the world views as the ugly American and he's the finest example of what we need at this time in our history. The world loved barack obama and he screwed them as much as he's screwed us.

I don't watch TV or broadcast news I read news articles I filter myself. I can and will confidently Vote for Donald Trump based solely on his mounting list of enemies. Bob Dole and George Soros being the most recent.

I've voted for some pathetic candidates like Bob Dole, John McCain and Mitt Romney- only to be stabbed in the back afterwards. Bob Dole's risen from the grave to slam Donald Trump= 1 more qualified endorsement for Donald Trump.

An article yesterday said "Donald Trump is poised for the strongest primary performance in modern history".

You're getting all your information from the same media that doesn't want and fears Trump.

When the msn nit picked and bitched about something Trump said he responded- You know what I meant.

And when the republicans side with the democrats to block President Trumps efforts we should have a mid-term massacre in the ballot boxes that'll put the fear of god into every crooked politician.

Judges and intelligence agencies don't indict people for crimes. The Justice Department, headed by the President, in this case a Democrat, does.

The fear (and very reasonable fear) that the federal Attorney General may not bring charges even if the FBI recommends to do so, reveals a weakness in our government structure.

Perhaps it would be better to have the federal Attorney General be an elected position. Or have it be appointed by the House of Representatives.

Remember that the FBI is just as much under the control of the executive as is the AG.

In both agencies, there are professional staffers and employees who just want to do their jobs, and who are generally not politically motivated. But they are all subordinate to the political appointees.

If there was an investigative or prosecuting agency under the control of Congress, it would be subject to the same pressures, just from another quarter.

Special prosecutors and their investigators can be appointed when needed.

Trump is the only Republican candidate who can win. And maybe win big. Do you want Hillary as POTUS? Keep knocking Trump.

If the FBI recommends that Hillary be indicted and the Justice Department declines, not even PravdAmerika will be able to spin and lie enough to prevent a shit storm for Hillary. And odds are better than even that the FBI has enough evidence and integrity to recommend indictment.

It may well turn out to be Trump versus Joe, and it probably won't be an easy win for Trump. Yes, Joe Biden is a moron, but what is Barack Hussein Obama?

The constant attacks on Trump and the whining and moaning all need to stop. Two words: President Biden.

When Trump went after Cruz because his poll numbers were hurting in Iowa, he just showed that he is a thin-skinned narcissist whose greatest skill is attacking his opponents at the slightest provocation. In his view, anyone that is not his sycophant is an opponent. We've had 7 years of that personality disorder in the White House, do we really want to elect another one? Sure, Trump is better than Hildabeast or Burn-Me Sanders, but if I threw up a little when I voted for Romney, I'll be going full-tilt Linda Blair voting for Trump.

There's too much dirt on her for her to be electable. Dems know this. They absolutely will throw her under the bus to get Uncle Joe in.

Why wait?? We need a massacre at the polls this coming November!!!!

If the candidate is an incumbent. . . Out they go.

A full third of the senate is up for re-election, and it would do my heart, and the country, a whole lot of good if the incumbents were all voted out and replaced by very angry people who still remember what this country used to be. And, want it to return to that condition.
