Those are great links. Thank you, sdy.

I think those billionaires are so busy running their companies, they never took time to actually listen to Trump, in full. Instead, they tuned into MSM and assessed based of the non-stop left wing propaganda outlets.

It says a lot that they ere willing to go back and assess his record from a fresh viewpoint.

It really is a remarkable moment I wouldn't have thought possible.

Would the judge and persecutors be this bold if the president is ultimately found not guilty and the penalty meted out to these scum was the gallows?

Like all fake charges and contrived mis-deeds the people need to start holding these thugs accountable.

Biden DOJ Pushes For Jan 6 Convicts to Get Even Longer Sentences.

https://thenationalpulse.com/2...en-longer-sentences/

Joe Biden’s Justice Department has filed appeals against the sentencing of Proud Boys handed terms of 15 to 22 years over January 6th, arguing they should be locked up for even longer. Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio, who is approaching 40, was convicted on Civil War-era seditious conspiracy charges and sentenced to 22 years by U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly, despite not actually being in the Capitol on Jan 6. Biden’s Justice Department, which asked for 33 years, insists this isn’t enough.

Prosecutors also requested a sentence of 33 years for Joseph Biggs, 30 years for Zachary Rehl, and 27 years for Ethan Nordean. All received long terms of 17, 15, and 18 years, respectively. Ghis has not satisfied the Justice Department, and their sentences are also being appealed. Defense attorneys have branded the Biden regime’s efforts to increase the sentences “ridiculous,” and expressed confidence their own planned appeals to quash their clients’ convictions will prevail.

The President can only pardon Federal crimes. She pled guilty in a state court.

I think the best thing at this point would be for the judge to go ahead and put his money where his fat leftist mouth is, and jail President Trump.

I feel as if this can only benefit our cause, and I hope the judge makes this mistake.

^^^ I agree. Do it.

Trump made a post saying that a law clerk was a girlfriend of Chuck Schumer and even provided pictures. Engoron demanded it be removed and it was. Unknown to the Trump team, the post stayed on his website even after being deleted.

Once the Trump team was notified of this, they immediately removed it. Judge Engoron told Trumps defense today that unless Trump can explain why he doesn’t deserve to go to jail, he may imprison him.

What kind of joke of a justice system do we have when the President of the United States can be thrown in jail during a civil trial and not even a criminal case?

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

D.C. judge pauses Trump gag order in Jan. 6 case

https://justthenews.com/govern..._campaign=newsletter

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan on Friday agreed to temporarily pause a gag order she imposed on former President Donald Trump while he appeals the decision.

Chutkan on Monday issued the order, prohibiting him from publicly attacking the court staff, the prosecution, and any potential witnesses. The judge is overseeing special counsel Jack Smith's Jan. 6 case against the former president. Trump has vocally accused Smith of pursuing a political witch hunt against him to derail his 2024 White House bid.

Trump's legal team has appealed Chutkan's order to the D.C. District Court and asserted in Friday court filings that Trump had "not unlawfully threatened or harassed anyone," according to the Associated Press.

"By restricting President Trump’s speech, the Gag Order eviscerates the rights of his audiences, including hundreds of millions of American citizens who the Court now forbids from listening to President Trump’s thoughts on important issues," they added.

The judge gave Smith's office until Wednesday to file any objection to the pause.

Hamas’s unprecedented invasion of Israel would in “no way” have transpired under the presidency of Donald Trump, according to world-renowned military historian and professor Dr. Victor Davis Hanson, who also argued that Russia would not have invaded Ukraine and China would not have sent spy balloons over the U.S., as he urged America to take back its international standing.

Speaking on former Deputy Prime Minister of Australia John Anderson’s “Conversations” podcast Wednesday, Dr. Hanson suggested that “to his credit,” former President Donald Trump demonstrated American deterrence and determination through his assassination of Iranian military commander Qasem Soleimani and destruction of the Islamist terror group ISIS.

What a gross and shameful display. Our corrupt Justice system is breaking these people one by one. I had a lot of respect for Jenna. That's gone now. Pathetic.

I will say this though, is Trump helping these people at all with their legal bills? Jenna Ellis is by no means a wealthy individual. I'm sure she was being crushed by the cost of defending herself. It makes the plea understandable, but the groveling and sobbing I just can't get past, especially after the beaming smile she displayed on her mug shot.

Sobbing Trump codefendant Jenna Ellis flips on ex-prez, says she has ‘deep remorse’

WASHINGTON — A third attorney who falsely claimed the 2020 election was stolen flipped Tuesday and agreed to cooperate in the criminal case against former President Donald Trump in Georgia — saying she had “deep remorse” for her actions.

Jenna Ellis, 38, tearfully said she “failed” to do “due diligence” on claims that the election was stolen through fraud in swing states including Georgia, where President Biden beat Trump by fewer than 12,000 votes — joining former Trump attorneys Sidney Powell and Ken Chesebro in also pleading guilty.

“I relied on others, including lawyers with many more years of experience than I, to provide me with true and reliable information, especially since my role involved speaking to the media and to legislators in various states,” Ellis said in a Fulton County courtroom Tuesday.

“What I did not do, but should have done, your honor, was to make sure that the facts the other lawyers alleged to be true were in fact true. In the frenetic pace of attempting to raise challenges to the election in several states, including Georgia, I failed to do my due diligence.”

She insisted that she had “deep remorse” for her role in the election challenges.

“I believe in and I value election integrity,” she went on. “If I knew then what I know now, I would have declined to represent Donald Trump in these post-election challenges.”

Ellis concluded through tears, “For those failures of mine, your honor, I have taken responsibility already before the Colorado bar, who censured me. And I now take responsibility before this court and apologize to the people of Georgia.”

Ellis is expected to receive a sentence of 5 years of probation, $5,000 in restitution and 100 hours of community service — in exchange for having no contact with the media or codefendants and cooperating and testifying at other trials in the 19-person RICO case including Trump.

Fulton County’s elected prosecutor Fani Willis, a Democrat, brought the case in August against Trump and his allies — using conspiracy statutes intended for organized crime. She has asked for Trump’s trial to begin March 4.

Trump, 77, is seeking a rematch against Biden in next year’s election and claims the case is political. He faces a separate federal criminal case in Washington for his efforts to reverse his 2020 defeat, a federal criminal case in Miami for allegedly mishandling national security information and a state case in Manhattan related to 2016 hush money payments.

These attorneys failed in the most basic of tasks before agreeing to rep a client - What are the facts and evidence that support the position your potential client wants you to take?

This isn't a circumstance where Ellis didn't have backbone but rather, she didn't check the facts before signing up but she's agreed to flip and cooperate, just like Powell. Wonder what the sentence would be if she didn't.

Trump will say he's not a lawyer versed in Georgia election laws and relied on attorneys who have now admitted there was no factual basis for their representations.

Or they’re trying to make themselves sound naive rather than guilty.(Yes, I think Stop the Steal was a fraud from the start. They just made too many claims that didn’t pan out.)

ACLU says Trump gag order in DC election interference case violates First Amendment

The American Civil Liberties Union argued that the gag order on former President Donald Trump in his federal election interference case violates the U.S. Constitution.

The ACLU, a frequent and vocal critic of Trump, said the restrictions placed on his speech run afoul of the First Amendment.

The order bars Trump from making public statements about special counsel Jack Smith, the defense counsel, members of the court or any of their staffers.
