Details, details, after all they have done. I wish the "cheater States", should be banned from elections for a decade or two. Maybe they could realize the importance of running a election properly. Cheater States.

That’s actually not a bad idea.

Can’t implement it, but it would be a good start.

If There's Nothing to Hide, Why Are Democrats Freaking Out about the Arizona Audit?
By J.B. Shurk

If you have been keeping an eye on the election audit taking place right now in Maricopa County, Arizona, then you also know that Democrats, news propagandists, and "concerned" NeverTrump Republicans are beginning to sound more and more like trapped rats squeaking in fear. An army of lawyers — many of the same political operatives who manipulated the November election by contravening existing election laws and flooding battleground states with uncontrolled and unverified mail-in ballots — are begging state and federal courts to stop the audit midcourse and petitioning Arizona's Democrat secretary of state and Merrick Garland's Department of Justice to intervene under the absurd pretense that ensuring election integrity somehow deprives voters of their civil rights. Arizonan and Biden-supporter Cindy McCain has publicly called the vote recount "ludicrous" because "the election is over." And MSNBC's Rachel Maddow is so terrified of what the auditors might find that she insists that the whole exercise is not only "dangerous," but also the "end of democracy."

Even though the entire audit is being conducted with unprecedented transparency and live video feeds that invite viewers anywhere in the world to watch the process, reporters and adverse political agents have been repeatedly caught attempting to infiltrate the well run operation or laboring to expose the identities of workers. If there is a reason for inserting spies into an already open process other than to later cast doubt upon the integrity of the auditing process itself, I don't know of it. And if there is a reason to expose workers' identities to the public other than to make them targets for campaigns of harassment and intimidation, reporters have made no attempt to provide it.

Compare the highly professional audit taking place in Arizona to the orchestrated chaos of the presidential election. It took five days last November for vote-counters to find enough mail-in ballots for Joe Biden for the Democrat press corps to declare him the winner, and in the voting precincts where Trump leads disappeared over those days, transparency was nowhere to be seen. Vote-counters covered windows with cardboard to block outside observation of any kind; counting paused and restarted in secret; and ad hoc procedures were established on the fly and without consistency from one precinct to the next when determining whether to include ballots lacking legally required voter identification metrics, including even the rudimentary safety protocol of a loosely matching voter signature. If "free and fair" elections require basic security, verification of ballot authenticity, and consistently applied standards at least across the precincts and counties of any one state, then there was obviously nothing free or fair about the 2020 election.

The remarkable thing is that most Americans have actually come to this correct conclusion. After six months of some of the worst gaslighting in America's history, during which corporate news propagandists and tech behemoths have colluded with federal and state authorities to paint the presidential election as aboveboard and all those who question its legitimacy as kooks, "extremists," "violent insurrectionists," and "terrorists," the nearly universal narrative drumbeat from the press and the psychological warfare deployed against regular Americans have failed miserably in their desired effect. Whether spray-painted on highway overpasses, discussed in uncensored online forums, or spoken aloud, more and more Americans have concluded that the election was stolen from President Trump.

State legislatures were useless in ensuring election integrity. Election lawsuits in Arizona, New Mexico, Georgia, New Hampshire, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin failed to provide any timely mechanism for remedying violations of states' own election laws, let alone for redressing the likelihood of outright fraud. The Supreme Court shirked its own constitutional duty to safeguard American enfranchisement by declining to hear on appeal the merits of lawsuits alleging electoral misconduct, consenting to review controversies only after Biden's inauguration and then largely booting them as moot, and outright refusing to exercise its original jurisdiction over Texas's suit against other states for their failure to ensure equal application of their own voting laws as required by the Constitution.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

David,
This post has been gnawing at me for a while now.

Why punish the voters who were cheated by their state governments???

That's rather like punishing gun owners for what criminals have done, is it not?

Do you think that we are okay with what has been done to us?

Don't you think that we want those who have done this to be tried for treason and executed?

Try and look at what happened with our votes from our point of view.

Cheney defiant after House GOP vote, says she'll do 'everything I can' to keep Trump from Oval Office

Cheney was removed as third-ranking Republican in House via voice vote

Rep. Liz Cheney on Wednesday said that she will do "everything I can" to ensure that former President Donald Trump does not win the presidency again after she was ousted from House GOP leadership for her repeated broadsides against him.

"I will do everything I can to ensure that the former president never again never gets anywhere near the Oval Office," she said after being quickly removed as the Republican conference chair via voice vote. "We have seen the danger that he continues to provoke with his language. We have seen his lack of commitment and dedication to the Constitution. And I think it's very important that we make sure whomever we elect is somebody that will be faithful to the Constitution."

Cheney was one of 10 House Republicans to vote to impeach Trump in January, a move that provoked an effort to remove her from her job as the third-ranking House Republican earlier this year. She easily survived that with the backing of House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif.

But as Republicans in general, including many who voted to impeach Trump, have attempted to put the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol and Trump's false claims that the presidential election was stolen in the rearview mirror, Cheney continued to harp on the issue.

"We must go forward based on truth. We cannot both embrace the big lie and embrace the Constitution," she said Wednesday. "The nation needs a party that is based upon fundamental principles of conservatism. And I am committed and dedicated to ensuring that that's how this party goes forward and I plan to lead the fight to do that."

Cheney added: "We've got to get back to a place where we are a party that can fight for conservative principles that can fight for substance. We cannot be dragged backward by the very dangerous lies of a former president."

Rep. Byron Donalds, R-Fla., on Wednesday said he voted against Cheney because she was becoming a "distraction."

Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, who voted to convict Trump in the Senate, recently said that it's time to "move on" from Trump, according to Politico.

"I tend to focus on policy, not personalities. And I made my [impeachment] decision very clear by giving a long floor speech explaining it. And it’s time to move on to the challenges we're facing," she said.

MCCARTHY TELLS HOUSE REPUBLICANS TO EXPECT VOTE TO REMOVE CHENEY, SAYS GOP MUST STOP 'RELITIGATING THE PAST'

Cheney's continued focus on trying to get fellow Republicans to condemn Trump -- even as many still enthusiastically embrace him and McCarthy was visiting with Trump to mend fences after the impeachment saga -- exploded in recent weeks into what many Republicans viewed as an unsalvageable situation.

"He said, you know, we have to be unified and continued this whole unity theme," Cheney ally Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., said Wednesday, summarizing remarks by McCarthy ahead of the voice vote. "I'm all for unity, I'm all for unity and truth. Truth cannot coexist with lies."

"I do not," Cheney said Wednesday when asked if she felt betrayed. "I think that it is an indication of where the Republican Party is, and I think that the party is in a place that we've got to bring it back from."

McCarthy and other House Republicans are set to hold a press conference later Wednesday morning to elaborate on the decision to remove Cheney. The party is expected to move in the coming days to install Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., a staunch Trump defender, as the new conference chair.

"Despite the media's endless attempts to divide us, our Members are united in our laser focus on defeating the radical Socialist Democrat agenda of President Biden and Speaker Pelosi," Stefanik said in a letter to fellow Republicans Wednesday.

She promised a "disciplined, unified message from our leadership team" and said a "unified leadership team is the key foundation as we work to regain the Majority."

Maricopa County Elections Officials DELETED ENTIRE DATABASE from Voting Machines – Including “All Election Information” from Main Database

We have recently discovered that the entire “Database” directory from the D drive of the machine “EMSPrimary” has been deleted. This removes election related details that appear to have been covered by the subpoena. In addition, the main database for the Election Management System (EMS) Software, “Results Tally and Reporting,” is not located anywhere on the EMSPrimary machine, even though all of the EMS Clients reference that machine as the location of the database. This suggests that the main database for all election-related data for the November 2020 General Election has been removed.

Former Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne asked the following questions on his Telegram channel:

Maricopa County purposefully deleted a directory full of election databases related to the past 2020 election cycle ~10 days before the election equipment was delivered to the @arizonaaudit. This is destruction of evidence and at least, contempt.

Why did security seals arrive cut and why were they placed at the bottom of the boxes? Why were security ballot bags not used by the County?

Is this the Counties customary practice for storing ballots?

AZ Attorney General Mark Brnovich needs to get involved immediately. What is Maricopa County hiding? We need answers! @arizonaaudit

So where does the investigation go from here? If I expected any manual or electronic means of vote counting to "disappear" I'm sure the people investigating did as well, but if ballots have been destroyed and erased what more can be done?

I ask because I'm hoping there is still a way forward to prove the fraud to the ignorant and obtuse.

Donald J. Trump

5:32pm May 12, 2021

A guy named Miles Taylor, who I have no idea who he is, don’t remember ever meeting him or having a conversation with, gets more publicity pretending he was in the inner circle of our Administration when he was definitely not. Some people refer to him as “absolutely nothing.” I hear he is on CNN and MSDNC all the time, but he had nothing to do with any of my decisions, and I wouldn’t even know what he looks like. He is the guy who fraudulently wrote a make-believe book and statement to the failing New York Times calling himself “Anonymous.” That’s right, he, a lowlife that I didn’t know, was Anonymous. Now he’s putting together a group of RINOs and Losers who are coming out to protest President Trump despite our creating the greatest economy ever, getting us out of endless wars, rebuilding our Great Military, reducing taxes and regulations by historic levels, creating Space Force, appointing almost 300 Judges, and much, much more! He is a phony who will probably be sued over his fake book and fake “Anonymous” editorial, which caused so much treasonous stir. Miles Taylor and his fellow RINO losers like Tom Ridge, Christine Todd Whitman, and Crazy Barbara Comstock voted for Biden, and now look what they have—a socialist regime with collapsing borders, massive tax and regulation hikes, unrest in the Middle East, and long gas lines. He is even giving us men setting new records playing women’s sports. What a disaster for our Country it has been!

Going to have to hit them with obstruction or contempt and prosecute/fine those responsible for the security of the records. That might give others pause with regard to destruction of records. Best to take possession of everything by force with AG and state police, and hire forensic data recovery to attempt to get the database back. Bottom line AG and state police need to start rolling heads or this isn't going to go anywhere.

This is a shit show and the behavior of the democrats makes it certain from any rational perspective that they are attempting to hide and cover up something.

Perhaps now that the equipment has proven to be tampered with, the judge could order a new election.
