My wife just said those troops will come in really handy for President Trump's inauguration. . .

And yes, I believe we can still pull this off.
Please share with us some of these scenarios? Thanks

Depends on your point of view.

For the democrats, the optic is "this is how socialism defeats freedom."

Of course not, and neither will much of the rest of the country.
It will be accepted by many that it is necessary to prevent a repetition of anything like the Capitol incident. And even if there are those among the authorities who have any responsibility for the matter who believe that such a repeat is unlikely, they’re not about to take any chances.

Best comment I’ve seen yet regarding all the troops in DC:

With all the troops in DC you’d think they have oil.

“The Defense Department has agreed to provide up to 25,000 service members to support the Presidential Inauguration National Special Security Event federal law enforcement mission and security preparations, as led by the U.S. Secret Service,” the National Guard said in a statement.

So we need 25,000 troops in DC to protect the President who supposedly got the most popular votes of any candidate in history? This more of a big drama event than a Presidential Inauguration.

I just "googled" it, (Yeah, I know!), and one source stated that we have a total of about 5000 troops in Iraq and Afghanistan combined, so doesn't 25K troops in one small area sound a bit like overkill?

If Biden is that afraid of all his adoring public disrupting his big day, why not just have a private, indoor swearing-in, like Congress. They could still have all the media and the usual six or seven supporters who attended all his campaign rallies.

Instead, they've mobilised 25,000 troops for security at the Inauguration, which has now been renamed the "Presidential Inauguration National Special Security Event". That's in addition to the Capitol cops, SS, DC cops, Park Service, and probably 20 other federal alphabet agencies. Talk about a "super spreader!"

How come nobody in the media is calling it a super spreader event?

Another reason for the troops is to continue to stoke the fear that Trump and his evil supporters are out there ready. That without the military there there would be another attempted coup to overturn our new, most popular President of all time, Biden. I know a lot of liberals and they firmly believe this shit. They see no problem with the election, none. They think the riot at the Capitol was horrible, scary and all Trumps fault but in the same breath have no such reservations with months of worse from BLM/Antifa.

The lefts narrative and theatre works.

According to this there are nearly 7000 NG in and around DC. WTF? and 43 have already tested positive.

Many of those troops have been sleeping on the floor of where ever there is available space. An example of rushed poor planning and how the military and law enforcement can expect to be treated under obiden.

Biden is not in charge yet.
As a veteran, I can tell you sleeping on the floor is nothing new.
I don’t see it as a big deal.

In regards to planning, I think the Socialist/Democrats have a leg up on the current line-up of Republicans.
They planned out rigging the election, and Republicans allowed them to do it.
Planning is not something Socialist/Democrats are lacking in.
I don’t expect the Democrats will treat the military badly either.
The Democrats may use and abuse the military for their gain, they will distain the military, but they will not treat them badly.

I received this Friday from the Texas State Rifle Association, and it's excellent advice for Texans. Frankly, it's good advice for any state capitol and the District of Columbia.

Let’s hope something happens.
We need resolution to the evidence presented both statistically and with video evidence.

If this Fraud is allowed to stand, our country is gone.
A free and fair election is key to living in a free country.
This government overthrow by the Socialist/Democrats is a stab at the heart of America.

I could careless about a man, President Trump or any other.
What I care about is living in a free and prosperous country, and that is what President Trump provided us with.

If the Socialist/Democrats take full control on the 20th, how do you see the march toward socialism retreating?

Speaking of gaslighting, can anyone tell me how voter fraud theories have been debunked other than someone saying they haven’t found any fraud, so it didn’t happen?
