It doesn’t matter. The prosecution of Mr. Trump was never “justice” of any sort of measure, it was about preventing him from winning another election.

After this term he won’t be eligible so they won’t have any reason to prosecute.

This is disturbing. New facts about the Capitol police officer Michael Byrd who shot and killed veteran Ashli Babbitt. Among other things he has a long history of discipline and training problems including "improper" shooting at a vehicle near his home while off duty plus at least three three were missing from his Internal Affairs investigations records.
