It doesn’t matter. The prosecution of Mr. Trump was never “justice” of any sort of measure, it was about preventing him from winning another election.

After this term he won’t be eligible so they won’t have any reason to prosecute.

This is disturbing. New facts about the Capitol police officer Michael Byrd who shot and killed veteran Ashli Babbitt. Among other things he has a long history of discipline and training problems including "improper" shooting at a vehicle near his home while off duty plus at least three three were missing from his Internal Affairs investigations records.

I think it must matter to Smith. Possibly he is trying to keep an ace in the hole (in his mind) in the event he is held up to scrutiny by the new DOJ.

For a man who apparently hates women, he sure has a lot of them in his cabinet.

With regard to dismissal without prejudice, what is the point of lawfare after his 2nd term is over?

Revenge. PDJT made them all look like fools, and they'll never give up needling him. Of course, after the next 12 years of MAGA administration, they might find it kind of hard to get the charges rolling again.

Go Homan, go Homan.
Maybe mayor Johnson will find out what "johnson" means in jail, if he gets a big friendly Bubba as a cellmate.

Wow Homans not even officially in place yet and he has already spent more time and done more at the border then Biden/Harris have done in four years.

I am really proud of what Abbott Homan and Trump are and will do to shut the border crossings down.

Americans pay close attention to who the ones that are fighting to block them and keep allowing them in and to stay.

Vote them out and get them replaced.

So a report on Bongino says that the current administration is pushing on with defendants involved in Jan 6 case. Do you think there will be pardons for some or all of those charged?

I hope President Trump signs the blanket pardon while standing at the lectern, after taking the oath of office and signing the EO to reinstate all the border policies.

Then start his second inaugural speech with:

"Sorry to keep you waiting... complicated business...."

Reiner could always move to Canada and take advantage of their liberal assisted suicide program. Wink

its a great idea but he would not qualify

my dad is in hospice and has qualified for MAID when the time comes. The kicker is that you need to be deemed medically competent by at least two physicians who are not attending your case. And you get re-examined every few months. MAID is good for a specific length of time (for example 3 months) and after that the MAID expires.

Reiner would not be deemed medically competent to make the decision
