I cant imagine J&J taking this panels decision lightly. Its not like J&J is some underdog in this trio. I secretly hope that the actions they could take lead to some house of cards moment with this vaccine mania.

Bait and switch is still going on.

No FDA approved COVID-19 vaccines are available in the U.S., only Emergency Use Authorized vaccines.

“It is an illicit bait and switch. There is no FDA approved Covid19 vaccine available in the US,” he said.”The unavailable FDA biologic license approved drug is not medically identical & has to abide different manufacturing standards. As important, you have less legal rights and fewer legal remedies when you take an EUA drug than a biologic licensed drug. This directly impacts the legal rights of all Americans.”

Military Members being kicked out for refusing to take vaccine, yet mandated vaccine is not being made available to the military members.

Quote from Secretary of Defense Memorandum:

“Mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 will only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and guidance. Service members voluntarily immunized with a COVID-19 vaccine under FDA Emergency Use Authorization or World Health Organization Emergency Use Listing in accordance with applicable dose requirements prior to, or after, the establishment of this policy are considered fully vaccinated.”

CEOs Of Southwest, American Airlines Question Need For Masks On Planes

https://www.zerohedge.com/mark...on-need-masks-planes

The CEOs of Southwest and American Airlines are challenging the need to wear masks on airplanes, saying they don't believe they do much to limit exposure to Covid-19.

Doug Parker, CEO of American Airlines - the nation's largest carrier - and Gary Kelly, CEO of Southwest, made the comments during a hearing about federal financial support received in 2020 and 2021. The comments were in response to a question from Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MI), the ranking Republican on the committee, according to CNN.

Kelly and Parker - both of whom will be retiring in the coming months, said that high-grade HEPA air filters employed on modern planes already capture virtually all airborne contamination, and air quality is improved by the frequent exchange of fresh air from outside the cabin.

"I concur. An aircraft is the safest place you can be," said Parker. "It's true of all of our aircraft — they all have the same HEPA filters and air flow."

After the hearing, American Airlines tried to walk back Parker's remarks. It issued a statement claiming that his concurrence with Kelly was on the point about the quality of the air in the aircraft cabin, not mask requirements.

Sara Nelson, the president of the Association of Flight Attendants, testified at the hearing that not all aircraft are equipped with the same quality of air filters. For example, some older planes do not have HEPA filters, she said. -CNN

"I think that is probably for the medical community to decide rather than me," said Nelson. "What I will add is that the studies that have been done [on masks]....were done with mannequins that were sitting straight forward with masks on, not removing them, not eating."

"It is important to recognize that the safe, controlled environment on planes...includes the HEPA filters that are not on all aircraft," she added.

Masks have been required on planes ever since the CDC issued guidance on the matter.

Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) grilled the CEOs over the mask comments.

"I'm shocked that some of the CEOs here today have suggested we no longer need masks mandates on planes," he said. "In the face of Omicron, children under five who still cannot be vaccinated....and that we still allow unvaccinated people on planes."

Markey added that it was "immoral" to suggest that people on planes be forced to sit next to unvaccinated, unmasked passengers.

To that, Nelson agreed that it wasn't time to lift the mask mandate.

"I believe that the government has taken a very responsible approach to this," she said. "We believe it should continue to stay in place. It's a workplace safety issue. We do need a consistent message though. It troubles me too to hear different messages. I would hope we are going to stay on the same messages and follow the medical experts and do what's necessary to keep everybody safe."

Meanwhile, Delta CEO Ed Bastian thinks 2022 will be a "recovery year, but a profitable recovery year."

Speaking from the carrier's investor day in New York, he added that Omicron "will be the dominant strain over the next couple weeks … We know it will delay the international recovery, probably by 3-4 months," and that there will be no "discernible" impact on domestic demand aside from some fallout in Q1.

Senate Passes Legislation to Prevent Dishonorable Discharges for Unvaccinated Servicemembers

https://www.theepochtimes.com/...h9rO7MFxw6S%2B8KmDE2

The Senate has passed a draft of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would forbid the Department of Defense from dishonorably discharging members of the military whose only offense was refusing the vaccine.

The bill rider to the larger NDAA package was put forward by Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) to “prevent Joe Biden from dishonorably discharging servicemembers for choosing to not get the COVID vaccine.”

The amendment to the NDAA would not protect men and women in the military from being discharged from the military, but it would protect them from the social stigma of a dishonorable discharge, only permitting those who refuse the vaccine to be discharged honorably.

In a statement on the legislation’s passage, Marshall said “As a former Army doctor, I am proud the NDAA passed the Senate and included my amendment to ensure servicemembers will be protected from a dishonorable discharge for choosing not to get the COVID vaccine.”

“Simply put,” he continued, “a dishonorable discharge treats our heroes as felons. But, our American heroes deserve better.”

“I support the vaccine, but I also support those who are defending our freedoms and have carefully weighed their decision on whether to receive the COVID vaccine,” Marshall said. “With our amendment in the NDAA, we were able to provide our service men and women with the medical freedom they rightly deserve.”

Since Biden announced his sprawling vaccine mandates in September, federal employees and military service members have faced the difficult choice to get the vaccine or face being fired or forced to accept a dishonorable discharge.

In his video statement discussing the amendment’s passage, Marshall applauded the Senate for advancing the bill, calling it “great news for our country.”

U.S. military code contains several different degrees of discharge for members of the military.

Those who complete their contract with the U.S. government and reach the end of their enlistment period with no major behavioral or criminal problems and then decide not to re-up are generally granted an honorable discharge. These vets are eligible for all the benefits they earned for their time in the service.

Sitting underneath honorable discharge in the military hierarchy is the general discharge, a type of administrative discharge caused by generally satisfactory performance but marked by failure to meet expectations under the military code of conduct. These are usually granted “under honorable conditions,” but may result in losing benefits.

Another level down is the other than honorable discharge, which encompasses serious failings on the part of a servicemember, such as being convicted for breaking civilian law. Below this is the bad conduct discharge, a type of discharge that requires a servicemember be found guilty in court-martial proceedings. Generally, neither of these types of discharge allow a vet to keep their benefits.

Finally, the most serious type of discharge is the dishonorable discharge. In general, those who are court-martialed and dishonorably discharged from the military are found guilty of felony offenses like murder or assault and can face time in military prison; In civilian life, they are permanently barred from firearm ownership and face the same voting restrictions as felons.

In short, dishonorable discharge has historically been reserved for the most reprehensible offenses, while less serious violations have historically been dealt with through general or bad conduct discharge.

For Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and President Joe Biden, refusing a vaccination against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus was an offense deserving of dishonorable discharge.

In September, a group of four Republican senators, including Marshall and Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), James Lankford (R-Okla.), and Tommy Tuberville (R-Ala.) introduced a bill that would have done much the same as Marshall’s NDAA bill rider.

The White House responded at the time with a statement that it “strongly oppose[d]” the legislation, showing Biden’s support for the extreme punishment being meted out to those who refused his vaccine mandate.

In a Fox News op-ed, Marshall blasted Biden for standing behind such a strict policy, accusing Biden of enforcing a “one size has to fit all” policy despite the stark differences in the medical history and needs of different servicemembers.

Now that the Senate has passed the policy, it will head to Biden’s desk for his signature, but it remains to be seen whether Biden will allow it to pass or will veto it and demand that Congress send him a changed version of the bill.

If passed, the bill will effectively neuter Biden’s military vaccine mandate at a time when his private-sector mandates are already facing stiff, bipartisan opposition on all sides.

I witnessed first hand two days ago what I believe was someone having a horrible adverse reaction to recently getting a booster shot. He was completely fine and normal one minute and then like a light switch said to me he wasn't feeling well, turned ghost white in front of my eyes, said he felt dizzy and that he might pass out, sat down, and just started puking. He said he felt like his blood pressure was dropping. This was on my ship while alongside a dock. He isn't a member of the crew but an outside contractor that I have worked with and known well for many years. About 50 years old and in good physical shape.

We started checking his vitals and tending to him. Meanwhile our Chief Mate got in touch with his wife to let her know what's going on and if she could make it down to the ship. That's when she said to him something to the effect of "don't worry though about covid, because he's been vaccinated and just had his booster shot ten days ago." Apparently the notion that this medical episode could possibly have anything to do with the experimental drug he just took less than two weeks ago ever entered her mind.

It was almost two hours before he felt like he could stand up and walk off the boat, but with assistance. He blamed the incident on vertigo which he said he has experienced before, just never this extreme. That's certainly possible, but I wonder if his doctors will even consider the booster shot has a possible cause of this. His wife picked him up and he went to the hospital to get checked out.

I spoke with him later that day, and he said he's feeling better. Just not 100%.

So yeah, could have been vertigo that caused a trip to the hospital or perhaps it was the experimental shot. Who can say?

Not going to share any medical info as my co worker and friend does not OK. Personally, he has got the jimmy legs after the shot. He is a vet. This is how they are treated?

This shit is gross and unnecessary.

Add another one to the unemployment rolls. My brother's wife, a college professor that teaches only online course work, and who suffers some rather severe health issues making her taking the vaccines a non-starter, just got her letter letting her know her exception request has been rejected and that her employment will be terminated because of her vaccine status. Merry Christmas to her and my brother. The mental retardation throughout this country is completely out of control.

Last week, the Atlantic published an article with the headline, “ The Pandemic of the Vaccinated Is Here.” And you’ll never guess what the solution is going to be.

Anyway, the Atlantic said that when Rochelle Walensky referred to a “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” it was “an unfortunate turn of phrase.” It implied that the phrase — promptly repeated about ten thousand times by Joe Biden — is illogical, jabbed people are now the pandemic, and it’s TERRIFYING:

“Now the flaws in [the phrase’s] logic are about to be exposed on what could be a terrifying scale. Unvaccinated Americans will certainly pay the steepest price in the months to come, but the risks appear to have grown for everyone. The pandemic of the vaccinated can no longer be denied.”

Un … who was “denying” the pandemic of the vaccinated? And, HOW bad is it? The Atlantic warns darkly that “anecdotal reports already suggest that large indoor gatherings of fully vaccinated people can become super-spreader events in the age of Omicron.”

Fully Vaccinated Super-Spreaders!

That’s bad, but it gets worse! The Atlantic prepares its readers, which have dutifully followed all its pro-injection advice since day one, for the WORST CASE SCENARIO:

“In the worst-case scenario, highly vaccinated areas could also see the kind of overwhelmed hospital systems that we saw back in 2020 with the early phase in Boston and New York City.”

It must be interesting to have the kind of mental flexibility to be able to SIMULTANEOUSLY believe the injections are awesome, essential, protective, safe, and effective, and ALSO believe that the highest-injected areas will have overwhelmed hospitals and THAT MEANS THE JABS ARE WORKING.

In my opinion, NONE of the so called "vaccines" are legitimately authorized. Pfizer is only "authorized" because the previous head of the FDA refused to do it so he was run out and replaced by a more compliant official.

"Unvaccinated Americans will certainly pay the steepest price in the months to come."

Horseshit. Unless they mean because of the ostracization and discrimination they will certainly be subject to.
