BREAKING: Boeing Officially Drops Biden's Vaccine Mandate

https://nationalfile.com/break...ens-vaccine-mandate/

American multinational aircraft manufacturer and government contractor Boeing has issued a statement declaring that it will not enforce Joe Biden’s controversial and divisive COVID-19 vaccine mandate after a series of federal rulings have dealt the White House devastating losses.
In a statement first obtained by Seattle-based KIRO, Boeing announced their intention to suspend the mandate.

“We continue to encourage our employees to get vaccinated and get a booster shot if they have not done so,” a Boeing spokesperson said.

“Meanwhile, after careful review, Boeing has suspended its vaccination requirement in line with a federal court’s decision prohibiting enforcement of the federal contractor executive order and a number of state laws.”

Boeing employs over 140,000 workers across the United States, and is the second largest federal contractor in the country.

Being a federal contractor, Boeing was subject to an executive order from the Biden White House demanding that all of its employs be vaccinated.

This executive order was halted by a federal judge earlier this month.

National File reported on December 7:

Joe Biden and his White House’s legally questionable vaccine mandate for federal contractors’ was halted nationwide by a federal judge on Tuesday, it was confirmed this morning.

Set to take effect on January 4, 2022, the mandate applied to nearly one quarter of the entire United States workforce, as the mandate targeted all companies that do business with the federal government such as Microsoft, Google, Lockheed Martin, and General Motors.

This latest vaccine mandate shutdown comes after Kentucky federal judge’s grant of a preliminary injunction involving a lawsuit in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio.

The Biden regime’s government contractor mandate sparked a vast flurry of federal lawsuits from Arizona, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia, which argued that the regime did not have the legal authority to require the experimental injections, and that any such mandate was in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.

This marks the latest defeat to the Biden regime’s vaccination agenda, even as the vaccine is seemingly rendered useless by the spread of the Omicron variant.

Loved the story I read today saying how the CDC is recommending people NOT get the J&J because of the previous concerns. Great. It also went on to basically say it doesn't work and to get two shots of one of the others. Start over, huh?

So what’s next for the private employer mandate now that it’s been reinstated? I understand that an appeal to the SCOTUS has already been filed. Can SCOTUS kick the can down the road and let it stand, screwing all of us? Or is it likely they will take up the case, and if they do take it up, what does the timeline theoretically look like?

Today it’s the J&J shot. How long before they have no choice but to admit that none of them are free from a significant percentage of serious adverse effects? It hasn’t even been a year and ALL have issues. When you add in the complete lack of liability on the part of manufacturers and wanting to do things like seal records for decades, one can only assume the hammer will be dropping sometime in the not too distant future.

New Study: Moderna Vaccine Is 4 Times More Likely to Cause Dangerous Side Effect

https://nationalfile.com/new-s...ngerous-side-effect/

There has been conflicting data concerning Moderna’s COVID vaccine. But a Danish study published in the British Medical Journal this week showed data that found Moderna’s vaccine is more likely than Pfizer’s vaccine to cause inflammation of the heart muscle.

Reuters reported that this study showed that Moderna is up to four times more likely than Pfizer to cause myocarditis or myopericarditis (heart inflammation).

This study comes after Sweden and Finland halted the Moderna vaccine due to these possible cardiovascular side effects, as CNBC reported in October.

About 4.9 million individuals in Denmark aged 12 and older, which is about 85 percent of population, participated in this study, according to Reuters.

“Vaccination with mRNA-1273 (Moderna’s vaccine) was associated with a significantly increased risk of myocarditis or myopericarditis in the Danish population,” the study said.

The Danish study found only 1 case per 71,400 vaccinated with Pfizer-BioNTech and 1 case per 23,800 vaccinated with Moderna. Most of the cases had been mild, the study concluded, as Reuters reported.

“In general, the rate of myocarditis or myopericarditis was about threefold to fourfold higher for mRNA-1273 (Moderna) vaccination than that for BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) vaccination,” the study found.

Denmark is not alone in this study, however. Other countries and researchers have been looking into the side effects of the vaccines and COVID itself.

In Israel and the United States, studies were also conducted that showed an increased risk of cardiovascular side effects from the mRNA-vaccines. Moderna seems to have the highest risk, though, of all the mRNA vaccines.

In the U.K., another study was recently published that looked at the cardiovascular side effects of both the vaccines and the COVID-19 itself.

The study looked at 38 million people over the age of 16 in the U.K., and tracked the occurrence of cardiovascular issues within 28 days of either a vaccination or a positive COVID-19 test.

The study concluded that the “extra cases of myocarditis were between 1 and 10 per million persons in the month following vaccination, compared with 40 such events per million after infection with SARS-CoV-2,” NDTV News reported.

Scientists all over the world are still researching the side effects of the vaccines to fully understand the risks, even though the vaccines have already been widely rolled out all over the world.

“We know the Covid-19 vaccines are highly effective at reducing risks of severe outcomes. However, it is important that we know about and identify the risks of these rare conditions from vaccines as well, to ensure that clinicians know what to look for, aid earlier diagnosis, and inform clinical decision-making,” said Julia Hippisley-Cox, a professor of clinical epidemiology and general practice at Oxford, according to NDTV News.

While the cardiovascular side effects from both COVID and the vaccines may be low, they are still significant enough that researchers continue to run studies to investigate the risks.

However, though the risks of the vaccines are being studied and clarified, Danish researchers also commented that these findings do not mean that the vaccine is altogether dangerous.

“Our findings do not generally overshadow the many benefits that come with being vaccinated,” Anders Hviid, the study’s author, said in a statement, as Reuters reported. “One must keep in mind that the alternative of getting an infection with COVID-19 probably also involves a risk of inflammation in the heart muscle.”

End of Article and my own thoughts. "Everyone will probably get a covid infection vaccinated or not."

Skins...wouldn't that be a CLASSIC example of 'putting the cart before the horse'??

I continue JSMH...

In case anyone is interested about the "Employees" vs. United Airlines case.......

On 8-NOV, Judge Mark Pittman denied the request for Preliminary Injunction, stating that no employee had yet to suffer "irreparable harm". And that's actually a true statement (and speaking only for the pilot group), United had yet to place anyone on unpaid leave status. In fact, while the TRO was in place until 8-NOV, United placed all pilots with a request for Religious or Medical exemption on paid leave. Therefore, no one had yet to suffer irreparable harm, thus Judge Pittman's decision. As a side note, his honor didn't have very nice things to say about the treatment of the 2,000+ employees by United and Scott Kirby (see below).

Our case was moved to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in NOLA. On 1-DEC, a motion for "Emergency Appeal" was filed and on 13-DEC, the 3-judge panel DENIED (2-1) our motion for "Emergency Appeal" to overturn Judge Pittman's previous 8-NOV ruling on the Injunction. The court GRANTED, however, our appeal on an "Expedited" basis and will hear the case for appeal in early January. That 3-judge panel was:
- Carl E. Stewart, Clinton Appointee
- Catharina Haynes, G.W. Bush Appointee
- James C. Ho, Trump Appointee

Judge Ho was the lone judge that ruled in favor of our Emergency Appeal. His dissenting opinion is pretty eye-opening and, like Judge Pittman's opinion, is a SCATHING indictment of United's and Kirby's treatment of its employees wishing to exercise their unalienable rights to Religious freedom and autonomy. An excerpt where he quotes Judge Pittman reads,

"Second, Title VII forbids employers from retaliating against employees who attempt to exercise their statutory rights. 42 U.S.C. §2000e-3(a). Yet United’s CEO, Scott Kirby, told employees in a company town hall meeting that “very few” religious exemptions to the vaccine mandate would be granted, and that anyone who even attempted to request one would be “putting [their] job on the line.” [we have that on video.]

The district court thus concluded that United’s mandate . . . reflects an apathy, if not antipathy, for many of its employees’ concerns and a dearth of toleration for those expressing diversity of thought.” Through both its policy and its official statements to employees, United has demonstrated a “calloused approach to” and “apparent disdain for” people of faith.

Judge Ho's dissenting opinion was the source document for Senator Cruz when he ass-whooped Scott Kirby in my previous video. We have also petitioned the court to hear it "En Banc", which means our legal team would like to present and argue before the ENTIRE 5th Circuit in lieu of their picking another 3-judge panel via the lottery process.

As we move forward with the 5th Circuit, please keep us, the 2,000+ unwashed, in your prayers this Christmas. The VAST majority among us (especially the non-pilots and the single parents with kids) live paycheck to paycheck. Heck...that's the case even for some pilots who have 3 kids in college and mounting expenses. Many families will have a lean Christmas season and a bitter taste when they see United aircraft overhead.

With that said, if you still have anything to give this season, please feel free to hop over to AE4HF.org (https://ae4hf.org/) and contribute to our legal fees. EVERY DOLLAR goes to the legal team. Volunteers in our group, such as myself, eat the cost of everything we're doing for the group...we are not reimbursed one penny for costs associated with projects undertaken on behalf of our 2,000+ Plaintiffs.

Lastly, Airline Employees for Health Freedom is now on Twitter (JSMH). You can follow the group @AE4HF. If you twatter or have kids/relatives that do, please have them follow AE4HF and pass it on. Apparently this is the trigger for members of Congress to see the important issues that are "trending". I don't understand the crap and don't intend to really learn it. I created a fake e-mail and fake account to participate, and that participation is minimal.

Thanks for allowing me to post and update...have a Merry Christmas!!!

Yeah... it's infuriating.

Judge Julia Smith Gibbons wrote in her majority opinion (pdf ) on Friday, “Given OSHA’s clear and exercised authority to regulate viruses

So much hubris and stupidity wrapped up in one sentence fragment...

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Pfizer considers three-dose vaccine course for children – study

https://www.jpost.com/health-a...hildren-study-689069

Pfizer Inc said on Friday the COVID-19 pandemic could extend through next year and announced plans to develop a three-dose vaccine regimen for children ages 2 to 16, a move that could delay its authorization.

The U.S. pharmaceutical company made its comments as European countries geared up for further travel and social restrictions and a study warned that the rapidly spreading Omicron coronavirus variant was five times more likely to reinfect people than its predecessor, Delta.

Pfizer executives said the company believed that by 2024, the disease should be endemic around the globe, meaning it would no longer be a pandemic. The company projected that "COVID will transition to an endemic state potentially by 2024."
Prior to the Omicron variant, top U.S. disease doctor Anthony Fauci forecast the pandemic would end in 2022 in the United States.

Announcing plans to develop a three-dose regimen for ages 2 to 16, Chief Scientific Officer Mikael Dolsten told a conference call that results of three doses among people older than 16 showed that the approach offered greater protection.

"Therefore, we have decided to modify each of the pediatric studies to incorporate a third dose to the series and seek licensure for a three-dose series rather than a two-dose series as originally anticipated," the company said.
