Wait, what? |
Exactly. I’d be willing to bet that a vast majority of infections are spread by people that didn’t even know they have Covid. In fact, we received an email THIS MORNING from the organizer of my sons retreat saying that it’s “possible one of the kids on the bus may have been contagious with Covid”. The retreat was 11/6,7. Yeah, I think we can put that one to rest. As to going out and getting needed supplies, yes, I would if it is a necessity. I’ll use hand sanitizer to make sure my hands are sterile, I’ll even wear the mask to limit infection, but as others have said, this shit isn’t going away. And now that people that have been “vaccinated” can and do spread it, probably more than sick purebloods that know they have it we should, what- quarantine the entire nation for 14 days like the Chinese? Which failed anyway. “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown

About 20 what? The VigiAccess site claims 1171 ADRs for Ivermectin in 2021. Btw: Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs): 83 ADRs from 2004 through 2021. "America is at that awkward stage. OSHA has suspended implementation of its vaccine mandate: natlawreview.com/article/osha-suspends-emergency-temporary-standard-covid-19-vaccinations-and-testing My opinion: They knew when passing it that it would be challenged, stayed, and likely ultimately fail. Now they have the best of both worlds - they can say they both did nothing and everything in their power. Congress will, of course, continue to do nothing and blame others.

GREAT!!!! But not enough - need this to apply to the fed contractor mandate as well. "Wrong does not cease to be wrong because the majority share in it." L.Tolstoy "A government is just a body of people, usually, notably, ungoverned." Shepherd Book

^^^ Then challenge the executive branch mandate. If “ending the pandemic” is so important, why are the judicial and legislative branches immune from mandates? “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown

Agree 100%. IF we actually counted deaths DUE to Covid instead of deaths with Covid, this would be no more than a strong flu. But Government cant exert control and steal trillions of dollars and rig elections for a strong flu, so we have COVID.

https://www.osha.gov/coronavirus/ets2 On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA's COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) ("ETS"). The court ordered that OSHA "take no steps to implement or enforce" the ETS "until further court order." While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation. ^^^ I think the entire mandate narrative is beginning to collapse... could be wishful thinking. "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

Conservative-Majority Court Chosen to Decide on Biden’s Private Employer Vaccine Mandate https://www.theepochtimes.com/...pOE%2FWAReR2jD1VqE82 An appeals court dominated by Republican-nominated judges was chosen at random Tuesday to deal with the flurry of lawsuits against the Biden administration’s private business COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit was the winner of a lottery that was triggered by multiple appeals courts receiving challenges to the mandate, which was promulgated at the behest of President Joe Biden and would affect every business with 100 or more workers if it’s allowed to take effect. Thirty-four petitions for review, or suits, were filed against the mandate. At least one petition was filed in every single court of appeals in the nation. Federal law says that challenges to a rule in multiple appeals courts shall lead to a lottery, from which one court is picked. That court then handles the cases, which are consolidated. The Sixth Circuit oversees Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee. Active and senior status judges include six nominees of former President Donald Trump, eight nominees of former President George W. Bush, three nominees of former President George H. W. Bush, three nominees of former President Ronald Reagan, five nominees of former President Bill Clinton, and two nominees of former President Barack Obama. That means 20 of the 27 judges were nominated by Republican presidents. “It’s not good news for Biden,” Lawrence Gostin, director of the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law, wrote on Twitter. A Sixth Circuit panel will decide whether to keep in place a stay of the mandate that was ordered on Nov. 6 by three Republican-nominated judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. The judges said the mandate raised “grave statutory and constitutional issues.” In a longer opinion reaffirming the stay, the panel said the mandate imposes a financial burden on businesses, “exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road.” Three judges in the newly chosen circuit will be randomly picked to hear the case. Their decision can be appealed to the full court. The Supreme Court is expected to ultimately rule on whether the mandate is legal. Plaintiffs argue the mandate is outside the authority of the Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which issued it earlier this month. They say the Biden administration failed to explain why such a mandate is needed now, when the COVID-19 pandemic started in March 2020 and vaccines have been available since late last year. “This mandate represents the greatest overreach by the federal government in a generation. It is illegal and unconstitutional and we are committed to ensuring it never sees the light of day,” Patrick Hughes, president and co-founder of the Liberty Justice Center, and one of the lawyers fighting the mandate, said in a recent statement. Biden administration officials have defended the vaccination requirement, arguing OSHA can impose measures to keep workers safe. “If OSHA can tell people to wear a hard hat on the job, to be careful around chemicals, it can put in place these simple measures to keep our workers safe,” Ron Klain, the White House chief of staff, said on NBC over the weekend. _________________________ "Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it." “If OSHA can tell people to wear a hard hat on the job, to be careful around chemicals, it can put in place these simple measures to keep our workers safe,” Ron Klain, the White House chief of staff, said on NBC over the weekend. Ok Ron, you pos, here’s an analogy for YOU. You should be able to pick the kind of hard hat you wear. Natural immunity is a better designed, more effect helmet than one that starts to crack and fail after 4-6 months, requiring you to get a new hard hat. “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown
