Biden admin says it will not halt firing employees seeking vax exemptions before a DC court ruling

The Biden administration, which had until noon on Friday to respond, said in a filing that it would not agree to halt the discipline and termination of any employees in the process of seeking a religious exemption to the vaccine pending the court's ruling on the temporary restraining order (TRO) motion.

"It is Plaintiffs’ burden to demonstrate impending irreparable harm…but Plaintiffs offer nothing beyond speculation to suggest that their religious exception requests will be denied and that they will be disciplined at all, much less on the first day that such discipline is theoretically possible," wrote the Biden administration in its filing Friday.

The judge on Thursday also asked the administration to agree that "active duty military plaintiffs, whose religious exception requests have been denied, will not be disciplined or separated during the pendency of their appeals."

As people who have been paying attention know, there are NO FDA-approved shots currently available in the United States. FDA played bait-and-switch with two smoke and mirrors letters issued the same day to provide political cover for corrupt politicians and corporations to begin mandating that people get jabbed…or else.

What actually occurred was that the first letter concerned a Biological License Application (BLA) was approved, to permit marketing of COMIRNATY, which is NOT currently available in the United States, provided that the marketing materials are subsequently approved. The second letter said that the Pfizer/BioNTech formulation was clinically identical to COMIRNATY. It did NOT “approve” the Pfizer/BioNTech injection.

That is the reason they’re dropping the hammer so hard and so fast to now coerce people into getting jabbed after months of cajoling them with freebies. Speed is their only ally. The longer you resist, the less time they will have to compel your compliance, because the lawsuits currently working their way through the legal system will enjoin them from requiring injections.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Alaska on Friday became the 10th state to join a lawsuit pushing back against vaccine mandate for federal contractors.

The suit alleges that President Joe Biden “overstepped his legal authority” by issuing a mandate that employees of contractors who wish to obtain federal contracts or who are currently under federal contracts must be 100% vaccinated by Dec. 8.

“Our laws prohibit this type of action, which is overreaching and inconsistently applied,” Alaska Attorney General Treg Taylor said in a press release. “This order improperly tries to use the force of law to punish federal contractors for decisions that should be left to them and their employees. Fortunately, federal and state law prohibits these bully tactics.”

Biden’s executive order mandating that employees of federal contractors be vaccinated was issued on Sept. 9 and states that private businesses must have 100 % of employees vaccinated before federal contracts could be awarded, or before their current federal contracts would be renewed.

Among the Alaskan businesses potentially affected by the vaccine mandate, the Alaska Railroad is a current federal contractor who recently rescinded their company vaccine mandate.

Alaska joins Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming in the lawsuit. The filing of the lawsuit maintains that the rule for contractors is ambiguous, inconsistent, and would cause confusion and exacerbate ongoing supply chain issues.

“President Biden’s attempt to force vaccinations is, at the root of it, unamerican,” said Gov. Dunleavy. “These mandates cause division at a time where we need to work together. Forced medical decisions are counterintuitive – destroying America’s sense of fairness and liberty. My administration will continue to fight against these mandates to protect the inherent individual rights of all Alaskans. Medical choice is an individual American freedom.”

The suit cites U.S. Department of Labor statistics that roughly one-fifth of workers in the U.S. are “workers employed by federal contractors”

The suit alleges that the mandate creates further questions about legality and argues that Biden’s mandate is not legal within Article II of the U.S. Constitution or any act of Congress.

According to data from the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, 60.2% of Alaskans over the age of 12 are fully vaccinated. Across the U.S., 192 million people are fully vaccinated, accounting for 67.7% of residents 12 and older.

The president is making a habit out of reaching beyond the limits of his authority.In doing so, he is unnecessarily exacerbating stress on the supply chain, damaging the economy, forcing workers to leave jobs and hurting American families. We cannot stand idly by and allow President Biden and his administration to impose yet another reckless and illegal executive action," said the joint statement by Gov. Cox, Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson, Attorney General Sean Reyes, Senate President J. Stuart Adams, House Speaker Brad Wilson, State Auditor John Dougall and State Treasurer Marlo M. Oaks.

Utah is joining Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, South Carolina, West Virginia in the litigation.

"Plaintiff State of Utah is a sovereign State and has the authority and responsibility to protect its sovereign interests, public fisc, and the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens. Utah has many state entities that are federal contractors and thus Utah employs 'covered contractor employees' and maintains 'covered contractor workplaces; as defined by the Contractor Mandate," the lawsuit said. "These contracts are worth millions of dollars, if not more. Utah expects to continue pursuing government contracts in the future. Utah also has current contracts subject to renewal or the exercise of options. The federal government has presented Utah with contract modifications that incorporate the Contractor Mandate. Utah will face irreparable harm if forced to comply."

This is one of the biggest threats we're facing right now. Once the small businesses are done away with, the .gov will then hand their donor buddies in tech & big business the scraps, thus controlling all but the last of the holdouts. A ton easier to control/regulate fewer conglomerates/big businesses than it is millions of small businesses. This is just part of the scheme and it's just the beginning.
