29 deaths in Oregon, added a 93 year old to the body count today. I think that bumps the median age to almost 80.

Roughly 4.1 million people in the state.

That's amazing. Doing a great job.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

Six deaths in all of Montana, with about a million residents. A total of 299 confirmed cases as of this afternoon. With over thirty of that number now healthy again.

Thank goodness numbers are "low", as the local hospital is critically low on PPE for staff.

With this in mind, is Ivory soap the best option? Good old-fashioned, time-tested product, easy to find, no scents, skin-softeners or stupid packaging, just easy to use, effective soap.

According to who? I have family who is a nurse in Or. Not in her facilities. ??

In fact the nursing staff is unhappy as hours are hard to come by with little for them to do. They are being asked to stay home.

Soap–whether it’s all natural, hand made, liquid, bar, or foamy, all are able to dissolve fatty substances and lipids.

And able to dissolve that fatty envelope around the virus.

Note that the above is what I've read.

No sports.
National college entrance exam delayed by one month.

And borders closed to foreigners, in case of a second wave.

Many here say they will buy American and/or avoid buying from China. But if you shop online, how do you plan to do that?

Amazon and most other online retailers refuse to divulge country of origin in there online offerings.

While I generally do not support government intervention, I think Online retailers should be required to include Country of Origin on all things they sell. Possibly content origin as well.

Never again should Americans be held hostage to the whims of God Damn Communists.

Damn, I miss JAllen.

Separate supply chains and distribution. Think of schools buying milk crates full of pints of milk, the packaging and delivery routes need to be recalibrated. It hopefully will be possible for industrial and consumer milk supply chains to converge and solve the problem.

yep.

This is logistics.

It is quite simply, complicated.

And trying to change all the "timing and events" is not an easy task.

Media cares not about facts, only what "sells" a story.

The only people holding anyone hostage are themselves and the incessant desire for cheap and cheap(er) shit. Just like drugs. Demand drives the equation, not the other way around. Don't blame China for product and supply chain dependencies, blame consumers and resellers. They're the real problem there. And surely most will go back to that-normal as soon as the virus dies down. The CCP fucks didn't do *that* to us or anyone else. *We* did. (The royal we)
