Consider, if Ole Slo Joe wants to really 'pivot' in some substantial way, as Shapiro alludes in the video, he'd have to withdraw the mandates. Documents obtained by NATIONAL FILE show that the University of Pennsylvania, which hosts and funds Joe Biden’s think tank called the Penn Biden Center, directly profits from the sale of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna Coronavirus vaccines. The University gets more money if more vaccines are sold. The University of Pennsylvania also gets “milestone payments” when the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves a Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. The university’s Board of Trustees receives the money directly, and the university is protected from any civil liability stemming from BioNTech’s products.

BioNTech signed a licensing agreement in 2018 with the University of Pennsylvania, which directly funds the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Even though Coronavirus had not yet broken out when the deal was made, the 2018 agreement ensured massive payments for the University of Pennsylvania if its technology ended up getting used in new mRNA-based vaccines. Well, UPenn’s technology did end up getting used in the mRNA-based Coronavirus vaccine produced by Pfizer and BioNTech, and the deal has led to massive revenue for the university. Joe Biden, who was working for the University of Pennsylvania when the deal was made, received more than $900,000 from the University of Pennsylvania in the two years before he ran for president in this past election.

On November 5, 2018, BioNTech stated: “BioNTech AG, a rapidly growing biotechnology company focused on the development of immunotherapies for the precise and individualized treatment of cancer and prevention of infectious diseases and the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), Philadelphia, USA, today announced that they have entered into a strategic research collaboration. The goal of the exclusive, multi-year partnership is to develop novel nucleoside-modified mRNA vaccine candidates for the prevention and treatment of various infectious diseases. Under the terms of the agreement, BioNTech and the lab of Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, at Penn will exchange their in-depth knowledge and experience in mRNA research and development to advance the discovery of novel vaccine candidates. Penn will be responsible for a dedicated preclinical research program from discovery through to the completion of IND-enabling studies in up to ten infectious disease indications. BioNTech will be eligible to receive an exclusive worldwide license to further develop and commercialize product candidates arising from the research collaboration. Drew Weissmann’s work led directly to the Coronavirus vaccines including the Pfizer/BioNTech injection. In December 2020, Penn Medicine stated: “The scientific team whose 2005 messenger RNA biology discovery at the University of Pennsylvania helped pave the way for the COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna received their first dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine together on Friday, Dec. 18 at Penn, more than 20 years after they began their basic science collaboration. Drew Weissman, MD, PhD, a professor of Infectious Diseases in Penn’s Perelman School of Medicine, and Katalin Karikó, PhD, an adjunct associate professor at Penn and a senior vice president at BioNTech, together discovered that exchanging one of the four building blocks of messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) molecules could greatly increase its therapeutic potential. According to the SEC Licensing Agreement, BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania with “milestone payments” for each vaccine approval application that gets approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or another regulatory agency, up to the first three approvals.

Look at these “Development Milestones” that the University of Pennsylvania gets paid for, and keep in mind that the term “BLA,” according to this agreement, is defined as “an application submitted to a Regulatory Authority for marketing approval of a product, including (a) a Biologics License Application or New Drug Application submitted to the FDA, (b) a Marketing Authorization Application (“MAA”) in the European Union, (c) any equivalent or comparable application, registration or certification in any other country or region, or (d) any successor applications or procedures, supplements or amendments that may be submitted with respect to the foregoing.”

The BLA process appears to be very lucrative for the University of Pennsylvania. For example, when the FDA approved the Pfizer-BioNTech “COMIRNATY” Coronavirus vaccine in August 2021, the FDA granted “BLA APPROVAL” to the injection.



BioNTech pays the University of Pennsylvania “Commercial Milestone Payments” corresponding to worldwide vaccine sales, meaning that the University of Pennsylvania makes more money if Pfizer-BioNTech sells more vaccines:



The University of Pennsylvania scored civil legal immunity for itself in its deal with BioNTech, including from any cases of “bodily injury” or “death” that might be associated with the vaccine. In 2017, University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann announced the launch of the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, with Joe Biden taking over as the head of the Penn Biden Center and also assuming a role as a professor at the University of Pennsylvania. The University of Pennsylvania stated that “The Center will be located in Washington, D.C. Biden confirmed his leave of absence from the University of Pennsylvania in April 2019 when he kicked off his presidential campaign. University of Pennsylvania professor and vice provost of global initiatives Zeke Emanuel, a key architect of Obamacare when he served in the Obama administration, publicly welcomed Biden to UPenn. Tony Blinken, who now serves as Joe Biden’s Secretary of State, was the Penn Biden Center’s managing director before he ran the Biden State Department. The Penn Biden Center’s current leadership team includes Obama administration alum Caroline Tess, and its business manager is a longtime employee of the University of Pennsylvania. Recent Penn Biden Center officials Ariana Berengaut and Colin Kahl, who pushed pro-vaccine propaganda in the early period of the Coronavirus pandemic, have both worked for either Joe Biden or for the Obama-Biden administration and Kahl is now Biden’s Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. FactCheck.org, which claims to be “nonpartisan,” states the following on its website: “FactCheck.org is a project of the Annenberg Public Policy Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The Annenberg Public Policy Center, which owns FactCheck.org, is based on the University of Pennsylvania campus in Philadelphia and also in Washington, D.C. and is funded with an endowment from the Annenberg Foundation, which partners with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The Annenberg Foundation is FactCheck.org’s top funder according to its most recent financial disclosure. FactCheck.org also takes funding from Facebook and Google and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation but claims that its donors “have no control over our editorial decisions.”

FactCheck.org has an extremely close working relationship with its host university. FactCheck.org states that “FactCheck.org receives in-kind support from the Annenberg Public Policy Center including some infrastructure costs as well as supervisory, technical, and administrative support from APPC faculty and staff. We do not attempt to assign a dollar value to these in-kind services, which are funded from the APPC’s own resources.” Kathleen Hall Jamieson, the director of the Annenberg Public Policy Center and the co-founder of FactCheck.org, is a University of Pennsylvania professor. FactCheck.org’s director emeritus Brooks Jackson gave birth to FactCheck.org shortly after joining the Annenberg Public Policy Center. “We Failed” – Danish Newspaper Admits Failure and Apologizes for Not Questioning the Government’s COVID-19 Narrative (VIDEO)

One of the leading newspapers in Denmark issued a public apology for spreading the government’s lies about COVID-19 and narratives without sufficient skepticism throughout the pandemic.

Ekstra Bladet published an article last month with the title “Vi fejlede,” which means “We failed.”



Ekstra Bladet is a Danish tabloid newspaper, published by JP/Politikens Hus in Copenhagen and was founded in 1904.

We only know that now.

OF COURSE , it is first and foremost the authorities who are responsible for informing the population correctly, accurately and honestly. The numbers for how many are sick and died of corona should, for obvious reasons, have been published long ago, so we got the clearest picture of the monster under the bed.



IN ALL , the messages of the authorities and politicians to the people in this historic crisis leave much to be desired. And therefore they lie as they have ridden when parts of the population lose confidence in them.


ANOTHER example: The vaccines are consistently referred to as our ‘superweapon’. And our hospitals are called ‘superhospitals’. Nevertheless, these super-hospitals are apparently maximally pressured, even though almost the entire population is armed with a super-weapon. Even children have been vaccinated on a huge scale, which has not been done in our neighboring countries.


IN OTHER WORDS, there is something here that does not deserve the term ‘super’. Whether it’s the vaccines, the hospitals, or a mixture of it all, is every man’s bid. But at least the authorities’ communication to the population in no way deserves the term ‘super’. On the contrary.
Neil Oliver, a Scottish television presenter, reacted to the Danish newspaper’s apology for COVID-19 coverage throughout the first two years of the pandemic.


“I suspect that what’s happening is that it’s simply that newspaper, that organization has realized that the jig is up. You know they’ve been caught out,” Neil said during the interview with GB News.



“They’re now trying to explain themselves and get themselves out of the hole that they’re in. I presume that the media organizations, mainstream media in the UK and elsewhere would try the same tactic but again I say I think it’s too late,” he added.

CDC Signals Changes to COVID-19 Vaccine Schedule, in Part to Address Heart Inflammation

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on Feb. 4 outlined an expected change to the COVID-19 vaccine schedule for people with weak immune systems and signaled that a different alteration is coming for the general population to try to cut the number of post-vaccination heart inflammation cases.

The CDC told its vaccine advisory panel that it is planning to adjust guidance for people with compromised immune systems, a group that doesn’t respond as well to vaccines as the general population and is the only population that is advised to get four shots of the Moderna or Pfizer jabs, or the messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines.

Current CDC guidance for the immunocompromised says they should receive three doses of an mRNA vaccine within two months, and get a fourth dose at least five months after the third dose.

The revised schedule would recommend the population get that fourth shot as soon as three months after their third one.

For recipients in the population who received the single-shot Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine, the updated guidance says they should get a second dose at least 28 days after their vaccination, and a third dose as soon as two months later.

The guidance update applies to people 18 and older who received the Johnson & Johnson or Moderna vaccines, and people 12 and up who received the Pfizer jab.

The rationale for the adjustment includes small studies that indicate the immunocompromised are better protected if they get the fourth shot sooner, Elisha Hall, a health education specialist at the CDC, told the panel, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

The goal is “to help this population that may not be as well protected get their booster dose sooner, particularly with concerns about initial immune response, loss of protection over time, and high community transmission due to the Omicron variant,” she said.

Omicron is the dominant variant of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus in the United States. The CCP virus causes COVID-19.

The vaccines were already waning in protection over time against infection while the Delta variant was dominant in the country, and have performed even worse against the Omicron strain.

Dr. Camille Kotton, an infectious disease expert at Massachusetts General Hospital and a panel member, said she had seen many immunocompromised patients in the past two months who “followed all the rules,” including the recommended vaccination schedule, but still became infected with the virus.

The updated guidance “will help dramatically,” she said.

The other likely change deals with the length of time that elapses between the first and second shot of the mRNA vaccines. Both have a two-dose primary schedule.

At present, the second Pfizer dose is recommended around 21 days after the first and the second Moderna dose is recommended around 28 days after the initial shot, but surveillance data shows that among many age groups, particularly young males, who have received the vaccines, there has been a higher than expected rate of heart inflammation.

Data from Canada and England, which have both extended the interval, suggest an extended time period between the first and second doses increased vaccine effectiveness and lowered rates of myocarditis and pericarditis, two forms of heart inflammation that have cropped up following mRNA vaccination.

“The longer interval resulted in lower myocarditis rates, whereas the shorter interval had higher myocarditis and pericarditis rates,” Dr. Bryna Warshawsky with the Public Health Agency of Canada said.

Dr. Grace Lee, a medical officer at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and the advisory panel’s chair, said the data presented “are fairly convincing that an extended interval is not only potentially safer from a myocarditis standpoint, but also potentially more effective.”

The data pertains to when Delta was the dominant variant in much of the world. Omicron displaced Delta in December 2021 in the United States.

Some countries have halted or curtailed the use of the mRNA vaccines, particularly Moderna’s, among youth due to the heart inflammation issues, but U.S. health authorities have so far continued to recommend the shots for all Americans 5 and older, asserting the vaccines prevent more hospitalizations than the heart inflammation cases they cause.

The panel’s COVID-19 vaccines work group, after analyzing altered vaccine schedules from various countries, endorsed an interval of eight weeks between the first and second dose of an mRNA vaccine primary series. The CDC has not yet decided whether to follow the advice.


If changed, the revised schedule could affect millions of people. Some 33 million Americans aged 12 to 39 remain unvaccinated, as well as tens of millions of Americans in older age groups. It would also push back booster shots, which are currently recommended five months after the Moderna or Pfizer primary series, and two months after the initial Johnson & Johnson shot.

Dr. Walid Gellad, a professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh, called the expected change “a big deal.”

At the same time, it is “troubling” that it “took so long for US policy making to catch up to other countries,” Gellad, who is not on the panel, wrote on Twitter.

Panel members said they hoped the change would help convince unvaccinated people to get a jab.

“I think that it affords a level of safety and also demonstrates to the public that we are very focused on doing this in the right way,” said Dr. Oliver Brooks, chief medical officer of Watts HealthCare Corporation.

Biden continues fearmongering and inconsistent messaging regarding COVID-19

President Joe Biden tweeted about the risks and perils of not being vaccinated against COVID-19 on Saturday. It was the latest attempt by the president to scare people into getting vaccinated. However, the statistics he used aren’t consistent with many previous reports and studies, including those by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

“Here’s the deal: Unvaccinated individuals are 97 times more likely to die compared to those who are boosted,” Biden tweeted. “Protect yourself and those around you by getting vaccinated and boosted today.”

Clearly, the objective here is to create a sense of fear that if people don't get vaccinated, they are likely to die. For most of the country, that just is not truthful. Vaccines do help prevent death, but even at the peak of the disease, most people who have contracted COVID have recovered.

Yet, at a White House briefing during the last week of November, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, MD, stated that unvaccinated people were 14 times more likely to die compared to vaccinated people. So, is the country supposed to believe that over the course of about eight weeks, that probability somehow increased nearly seven times?

However, these statistics cited by Biden and the numerous reports of different probabilities do much more harm than good. They reinforce the skepticism of those against vaccines and damage the credibility of this administration. Such credibility was already on thin ice given that Biden said in July 2021 that you will not get the virus if you get the vaccine. Playing around with numbers does nothing to help these concerns. Such discrepancies contribute to the polarity over getting the vaccine.

I fell for it and got my first two Moderna vaccines. I will not get vaccinated again for COVID! I still ended up getting COVID and who knows if my symptoms were the way they were because of the vaccine or not as this virus affects so many so different.

My mom with cancer refused the vaccine and got still got COVID and successfully fought it. Her and I both followed the FLCCC protocols which I think is what helped.

We are officially about to hit the 1 million covid deaths mark in America.We all know know this is probably inflated however it is the official narrative,and is the highest total death toll in the world. It is sure to bring about a great embarrassment to the Biden regime when the 1 million mark is reached. So maybe that is why hospitals are told to stop reporting covid deaths to the government. There is a reason they are changing policy after 2 years.

My SIL works at the local hospital. When you subtract all the GSW, vehicle accidents, heart attacks and any other cause of death that was creditied to COVID over the last couple of years, I doubt we are anywhere near 1,000,000 deaths from it in the U.S.

You are right but it is the official fear count.Now that Biden is in the White House it is working against the Democrats. When it officially hits 1 million it will produce headlines and people will see how bad their policies have failed. "The world's leader in deaths." So much like the illegal alien problem where they ship them all over the U.S. in the dead of night and refuse to release the numbers to even Senators, they will try to hide the numbers from the American people now that their fear campaign will backfire on them.
