Who really gives a shit? I buy the car I want from the person selling it the cheapest.

Percentage off from MSRP, dealer invoice, or any other manner doesn't matter. You are only shopping for best price for whatever it is you are trying to buy. The more desirable cars will be closer to or above MSRP. The base models or over produced will always be the most discounted.

That's all there is on a CX5 Is about 5%. On the options there's about a 20% difference...But not a lot as far as percentage goes........

If 3 dealers let you walk that easily, it's because your price is really far out of the ballpark and so low, they'd have to pay you to drive it off of the lot.

That's the impression I have so far. Wiggle room varies by demand and popularity.

I'll give the dealers until Monday. In the mean time I'm checking out Toyota 4Runners.

How do you go from a Mazda3 to a CX5 to a 4Runner?
Are you of the fairer sex?

Ha, just following my zen.
If I keep escalating like this I'll end up living in a Land Rover!
