Lawsuit Claims Julian Assange Confirmed DNC Emails Received From Seth Rich – Not a Russian Hack...

A rather stunning report from Gateway Pundit outlines information contained within a lawsuit filing. The lawsuit, filed by Businessman Ed Butowsky, alleges Wikileaks founder Julian Assange confirmed to Fox News analyst Ellen Ratner that the DNC leaked emails were received from Seth Rich and his brother Aaron.

The details contained within the lawsuit filing (full pdf below) are stunning.

If this information is true and accurate, the DOJ claim of a Russian hack –based on assertions by DNC contractor, Crowdstrike– would be entirely false. Additionally the DC murder of Seth Rich would hold a far more alarming motive.



The ramifications here are almost too large to describe.

If this information turns out to be true and accurate, the entire narrative around the DNC “hack” will have been proven to be intentionally manufactured.

Despite the FBI’s prior admissions about never reviewing the DNC servers; and despite their recent admissions about never actually seeing the forensic computer analysis, the U.S. Department of Justice, specifically Robert Mueller, Andrew Weissmann and former DAG Rod Rosenstein, cannot blame a simple investigative ‘mistake‘ for the wrong attribution of who gave the DNC emails to Wikileaks.

The FBI, the DOJ and the Mueller special counsel have each purposefully claimed specific Russian actors were responsible for hacking the DNC in 2016. If it turns out those claims were based on falsehood, the integrity of the DOJ and Special Counsel collapses.

Mr. Butowsky is making a very serious allegation in this court filing.

Additionally, the previously discussed motive to arrest Julian Assange would now be further enhanced. Heck, the reason for Assange’ arrest would be brutally obvious.

♦Dana Boente was head of DOJ-NSD from May 11th, 2017 through end of October 2017 when he officially announced his intent to retire. However, the timeline gets cloudy here because Boente said he was staying on until an official replacement was announced. There’s no indication of when Boente actually left the DOJ-NSD or the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) role.

On January 23rd, 2018, FBI Director Christopher Wray announced Dana Boente had shifted over to the FBI to be Chief Legal Counsel (replacing James Baker) where Boente remains today. As Mueller was using 19 lawyers, and 50 FBI investigators, Boente was/is the legal counsel to FBI Director Christopher Wray while the Mueller probe was ongoing.

[Remember, Robert Mueller never interviewed Julian Assange. Additionally, it is worth noting for the U.S. side of the legal framework, the charges against Assange are not related to Russian efforts in a hack of the DNC; nor is Assange charged with anything related to the 2016 U.S. election interference activities, the Podesta email release or anything therein as previously described by the DOJ.]

Newly Declassified Documents Show Hillary’s Server Was Compromised, Emails Forwarded To Chinese Email Account


On the eve of DNI Dan Coats stepping down, we got a rash of declassifications dealing with the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server.

As with all things dealing with this topic, it’s complicated and can be hard to follow. But we aren’t dealing with anonymous sources or speculation here. These are actual documents that have just been declassified. Perhaps this dump shows President Trump is keeping his promise on that front?

Jeannette McMillian, an attorney for the intelligence community inspector general (ICIG), told Congress that this email with the name of a Chinese company appeared to serve as a "live dropbox" for all of Clinton's emails.

McMillian told Congress that the Carter Heavy Industries email address in the Clinton-email metadata was set up to receive a copy of every email sent and received as they were sent, even if the intended addressee was different.

Essentially, the FBI found in the metadata that every email sent and received on Clinton’s home brew server was being copied to an email address registered to a Chinese company named Carter Heavy Industries.

Who setup this email address? We now know the answer to that.

Paul Combetta created "carterheavyindustries@gmail.com" on August 20, 2012.

He used it to transfer all of Clinton's emails to the PRN server in early 2014.

- Why did he create the account?
- What did he do with it for 2 years?

So a ton of classified info that Clinton deliberately put in emails on an unsecured server were ALL being sent to this CarterHeavyIndustries [CHI] email account, and then forwarded from there to a PRN server.

Paul Combetta was Hillary’s IT specialist and he was inexplicably given blanket immunity by James Comey’s FBI during the Hillary email investigation. This despite the fact that he clearly broke the law and apparently had absolutely nothing of substance to offer investigators.

Typically, you don’t give immunity to someone who can’t help you land a bigger fish. But as most reading this know, nothing about the Hillary email investigation made sense. It was clearly ran as a whitewash operation of any possible criminal activity. These new documents further establish that, as we see James Comey and Peter Strzok actively suppressed the evidence in question.

In fact, the only reason we are finding out about this is because the Inspector General filed a supplemental report to fill in gaps left in the original IG report on the Hillary investigation.

Understand this: Comey, McCabe, Lynch, every single one of the people in charge at the time that first fake Clinton email 'investigation' was done, knew about this.

And they suppressed it. Comey went out there & said 'no criminal intent' & Hillary was allowed to skate.

Use of multiple non-secure devices...sending and receiving the most highly classified communications briefs from within the Department Of State to every governmental entity within earshot...copying those emails to your NON-SECURED, PERSONAL server, and oh just because you don't want to be rude, sending a "CC" (courtesy copy) to the Chinese government...

Well the Chinese spies in China, that were giving info to the US, were held accountable. They were all executed.

Felonia Von Pantsuit's private email server, ginned up to help her avoid the Freedom of Information Act and other transparency in government laws seemed like such a good idea at the time. Especially given Felonia's horrible experience trying to rewrite the nation's medical insurance laws in 1993-1994.

In retrospect, it cost her a few hundred thousand votes in Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Those votes flipped the Electroal College to candidate, now President Donald Trump.

I wonder if she's ever going to forgive whichever of her inner circle she now claims brought her this idea.
