So many to pick from, but I guess I'll pick December 4, 2017. Just another day at work at a job I hated, until on my lunch break I got an email offer from a place I'd been interviewing with.

The job only lasted a little over three years, but because of it I met people who are today my best friends, and through them the woman who is now my wife. The opportunity also eventually led me to the job I have now.

I have been blessed with many special days in my 70 1/2 trips around the sun. My latest "special day" was quitting smoking on 3/03/2025 four weeks ago. "Never quit quitting"!

Very generous of you. One of my special days is February 5, 2017. On that day my favorite football team, the New England Patriots, came back from a 28-3 deficit to beat the Falcons in the Super Bowl. But that's not the real reason it was special for me...

Our neighborhood has a football pool and one of the members always hosts a super bowl party. My father's birthday is 5 Feb. and that year he turned 90. He was in failing health and instead of going to the neighborhood party, I had dinner with him at his nursing home. I smuggled in a few beers and we watched the game together. He had one beer and I recall he told me "this tastes pretty good". Two days later dad passed away.

I've made a lot of poor decisions in my life, but I got that one right. Smile

Thank you for your Karma!

I've been blessed with many special days in my 76 years, but the big one recently was a week ago yesterday. I had prostate surgery a few days before and my surgeon called to say that the pathology report was back, and the cancer had NOT spread outside the prostate. I was sweating that one!

Thank you for the chance, Q. You’re the best.

For me, as with many of us, it’s the day I met my wife. June 17th, 1995.

Awesome karma again Q. For me, August 20, 2015. This was the first date with my wife.

Without it, wouldn't have the following dates, eventual proposal, marriage, two healthy and active boys and the more recent country living adventures.

Many thanks in advance.

Excellent karma, thank you for the opportunity.

Like evryone else I have had many special days. I will share one. On July 4th 2019 I woke up with a tube in my throat laying on a hospital bed with my family all around me. I had a heart attack and blockage of my LAD aka Widow maker.

Lucky for me I have 2 nephews a sister and sister in law who are doctors and nurses. they took turns doing cpr for 8 minutes until emts arrived.

I was told my condition had a 7% survival rate.

You wouldn't think that would be a special day, I assure you coming that close to punching your ticket gives you a different perspective.

I can never be grateful enough for my family keeping me alive while I was unconcious, and not giving up on me. It is a very special day for me and I'm sure them as well.

Yet another insanely generous karma from Q!

December 22, 1996. For reasons that still escape me-- because she was (and is) WAY cooler than me-- she said "yes."

One special day that always brings a smile to my face is a solo archery hunt several yrs back.
I found myself on the side of a mountain one afternoon with a beautiful view in southern utah, perfect weather and not a soul in sight. I sat beside a tree for a few hours and saw a few deer come by but was so content in the moment that I never considered taking a shot.

My Special Day was our Wedding. The Mrs. entered an essay contest to be Married on Top of the Empire State Building on Valentine's day. We were one of five couple's to be chosen. They took care of everything. Was the coolest thing ever. We were told that there was 10,000+ entries. Topic had to be about the best memory of a visit that stood out while visiting the Empire State Building. Thank you Q.

Lots of good special days, but particularly memorable February 1999 when my twin boys were born caesarean (breech presentation). Very bizarre to schedule an appointment, show up, and like 20 minutes later have two fresh crying babies. They haven't stopped bawling since LOL.

I was so excited I crashed my car on the Harvard bridge on my way home (kids were with their mom).

my 21st birthday was my special day. It was a warm Tucson day when I made my way to Jensens firarms to buy my first firearm. I narrowed it down to two guns i liked. An HK USP 9mm and a Sig Sauer P220.

I decided on the HK as it was lighter and would be better for carry. I took it home and I still remember loading it up and driving it to the south desert for some afternoon shooting. My first day as a gun owner! Great day!

As always, thanks for the chance on your generous Karma!

Amazing karma, thanks for the chance.

My special day is the day my wife and I got married — 8/3/13. A wonderful day indeed, that ultimately led to us also having two amazing children.
