Hunter Biden was loaded in more ways than one in October 2018, federal prosecutors alleged Tuesday in a scathing response to the first son’s attempt to dismiss weapons charges against him.

Five years after the now-53-year-old’s sister-in-law-turned-lover Hallie Biden dumped Hunter’s firearm in a trash can behind a grocery store in Delaware, FBI officials re-examined the pistol.

Agents removed the sealed Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver from a state police vault to photograph the weapon sometime last year and found white powder on the pouch that held the weapon, a court filing from special counsel David Weiss revealed.

“An FBI chemist subsequently analyzed the residue and determined that it was cocaine,” the 52-page document read.

“To be clear,” the prosecution motion added, “investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun.”

In a new court filing today, the DOJ confirms Hunter Biden’s laptop is real, that he left it at a computer store, and that the contents matched what they obtained from a search warrant of his iCloud.

Don’t hold your breath for a retraction from Joe Biden (“It’s a Russian plant”), the #Dirty51 or myriad dishonest media operatives. They blamed Russia when the Bidens knew it was Hunter - and so did the FBI.

Hunter also blamed Russia when he was caught using adultery site Ashley Madison.

More evidence presented by the DOJ: On October 13, 2018, and October 14, 2018 (the day after and two days after he purchased the firearm), Hunter said in a text message that he was meeting a drug dealer and sleeping in a car smoking crack.

The DOJ presents its best evidence that Hunter Biden was a cocaine user when he bought the gun: “To be clear, investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun.”

none of this would have come to light or been prosecuted if it were not for the integrity of two IRS whistleblowers, Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler - who remain employed by the IRS where they currently are being retaliated against.

We have already heard that the FBI had some of the data that emerged in late October 2020 when the NY Post revealed the contents of Hunter’s laptop. They also got the laptop itself later and found it was “largely duplicative” of their own evidence. The “duplicative” material was getting published in real time by the Post. And yet the DoJ remained silent on all of this while Biden and intel officials claimed it was nothing more than a Russian intelligence plant routed through the Donald Trump campaign.

You know what’s not in this court filing? Any mention of Russian intelligence, or intelligence in general. The only reference to Russia comes in a reference to Hunter’s own memoir and his recollection of buying drugs as part of Hunter’s self-incrimination. “Walking into a park in a high-crime neighborhood to buy crack at 4 a.m. was no different than playing Russian roulette with two shells in the chamber. In some places, it was like playing with five shells—and still, I was willing to spin the chamber again and again.” That’s the only appearance Russia makes … and it came from Hunter.

But that’s not all. Hunter and his attorneys want the federal gun charges thrown out over supposed constitutional issues regarding self-incrimination.

One-third of Americans say that President Joe Biden is guilty of corruption and should be impeached, including some Democrats, according to a new poll.

The Center Square Voter’s Voice Poll found that 34% of likely voters say “Joe Biden is guilty of corruption and should be impeached.” An additional 35% said it’s not clear if the president did anything wrong but that a Republican-led House investigation into the president should continue.

Among Democrats, 40% of those surveyed said that “Joe Biden is innocent” and that “the investigation should be stopped immediately.” But the same number of Democrats, 40%, said they're not clear about the allegations but the investigation should continue, and 9% said he is guilty and should be impeached. Another 8% said they were unsure either way.

The “true independents,” which are independents that made clear they do not lean to the right or left, are suspicious as well. The survey found 28% say Biden is guilty and another 35% are unsure and want the investigation to continue.

The results suggest House Republicans' ongoing impeachment inquiry has broad backing among Americans, even roughly half of Democrats.

That investigation has revealed a steady stream of evidence to back allegations that the Biden family and associates brought in more than $20 million from overseas entities in China, Russia, Ukraine and more.

First son Hunter Biden will appear before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees for a deposition on Feb. 28., the panels announced Thursday.

"Hunter Biden will appear before our committees for a deposition on February 28, 2024. His deposition will come after several interviews with Biden family members and associates. We look forward to Hunter Biden’s testimony," Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan and Oversight Chairman James Comer said in a joint statement.

The panels further announced the would continue to work with other witnesses, including former Biden family associates such as Tony Bobulinski and Rob Walker.

The first son previously objected to a closed door deposition, demanding a public hearing instead. He appeared at the Capitol in December ahead of a scheduled deposition, but did not attend and instead held a press conference.
