On one hand you have the Ukrainians who undoubtedly have leverage information that guarantees Biden will bend over backwards for them. On the other you have Vlad who would LOVE to obtain said information. Not only do the Ukrainians have dirt on Biden, but so do the Russians and the Chinese and Iran. I mean who in the world doesn’t at this point? Misdirection, get the news focus off the economy, rising prices, possible rate hikes, Hillarygate which may bring down a plethora of the elected left, or as Arnold said "Look! over there! Elephant!

It would be poetic if Putin is playing this up to make Biden look even dumber than before. Put your military near the border and just sit there doing nothing. Let Biden say keep predicting invasions, and keep changing the date: "Putin will invade on the 16th!....the 18th!.....I mean the 25th!" and so on. After a few weeks of making a fool of the U.S. government, Putin will let it slip as counterintelligence that that he plans to invade on a specific date, and the U.S. will go on high alert, and then.....nothing. Like playing with a kitten and a laser pointer.

I doubt he wants war. I expect this is an attempt to improve his abysmal polling numbers ahead of the 2022 mid-term elections. Sadly, from what my "foreign correspondents" are reporting: Putin has similar problems and is doing a similar thing. How sad would it be if we really did end-up having a war because two politicians were trying to boost their favorability? "America is at that awkward stage. https://nypost.com/2022/02/17/...tm_source=NYPTwitter Kamala Harris set off Thursday on a peace mission to Europe as Russia appeared to accelerate preparations for an invasion of Ukraine — undeterred by her failure to resolve the ongoing US-Mexico border crisis as President Biden’s point person on illegal immigration. About two hours after Harris departed DC to attend the Munich Security Conference, Biden emerged from the White House and said he believes Russian President Vladimir Putin will launch an invasion of Ukraine “within the next several days.” As Harris flew east to Germany, Biden traveled west to Lorain, Ohio, to talk about fixing Great Lakes pollution through his three-month-old bipartisan infrastructure law — prompting his aides to insist the jaunt wouldn’t distract him from the potential outbreak of the largest and deadliest conflict in Europe since World War II.

^^^^ Another reason for the leftist trash to declare victory in the (main) war on Covid at the national level. Remove the reason for attacking the federal government and make our truckers look like insurrectionists. Of course their more left leaning states will follow the plan in “keeping people safe”, but the fed will declare themselves the victors. The states that continue to subjugate the citizenry will be rewarded with federal money and division between the Covid-crazies and us normals will be fostered. I can even see talk of discrimination against masker/“vaccination supporters being trotted out as if they are some kind of separate race. “Remember to get vaccinated or a vaccinated person might get sick from a virus they got vaccinated against because you’re not vaccinated.” - author unknown

https://hotair.com/ed-morrisse...aster-around-n449567 White House chief of staff Ron Klain promised Senate Democrats that President Biden will deliver an uplifting and inspiring State of the Union address that will highlight his efforts to fight the COVID-19 pandemic and respond to rising costs. Klain’s goal in addressing the Senate Democratic Caucus in person on Capitol Hill appeared to be to give lawmakers something positive to focus on instead of the president’s sagging poll numbers. … Klain told senators that Biden’s speech to a joint session of Congress next month will tout the president’s accomplishments from last year, which many Democrats believe are being undersold, and set a clear agenda for the rest of the year. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx "A “glowing and powerful report” about a country facing the worst inflation in 40 years, skyrocketing violent crime, and pandemic mandates with no off-ramps at all?"

Biden's accomplishments & continued agenda: 1. With help, get out of bed and take Metamucil 2. Don't shit in pants 3. Try damn hard to not fondle little girls 4. Run to Delaware when extra napping is required 5. Go back to bed at noon and let my handlers make all the decisions 6. Next day, repeat, except call Hunter and see how much $ China has contributed to the Biden family bank account.

https://thehill.com/opinion/wh...tone-deaf-presidency Joe Biden's tone-deaf presidency Biden ran as a pragmatic moderate but has governed as a big-spending liberal, and despite plummeting poll ratings, he remains entrenched in his unpopular policy positions. Since taking office, Biden has signed into law two multi-trillion-dollar bills – the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan and the $1.1 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act – that have contributed to the raging inflation that is top of mind for American voters. Several polls show that the public is worried that inflation, which stands at a 40-year high of 7.5 percent, is wreaking havoc on the U.S. economy and lowering Americans’ standard of living. According to a new Quinnipiac University Poll, “Asked to choose the most urgent issue facing the country today, inflation (27 percent) tops the list, followed by immigration (12 percent) and COVID-19 (10 percent).” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has repeatedly mocked reporters who have asked sincere questions about the administration’s efforts, or lack thereof, to fight inflation. The president himself has downplayed the unease among Americans concerning skyrocketing inflation. This comes after he promised that inflation would be transitory. On Feb. 17, just a few days after the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Producer Price Index report showed that “Final demand prices advanced 9.7 percent for the 12 months ended January 2022,” President Biden tweeted, “17 Nobel Prize winners in economics say the Build Back Better Agenda will ease longer-term inflationary pressures. We can get this done.” Biden also tweeted, “If Congress passes our Build Back Better Agenda, we can lower costs for working families with a stroke of a pen.” DEMs love to say "17 Nobel winners" like they said "17 intelligence agencies". All BS to impress the dumb So with inflation at a 40-year-high, Biden expects us to believe that the best solution is for the government to spend $5 trillion on a host of programs that will do nothing to arrest inflation. not only won't arrest inflation, but will pour gas to burn the fire hotter
