Besides, what are the odds of Harris getting caught in bed with a live Republican?

Pelosi will never become president. But Harris probably will... "Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." -- Justice Janice Rogers Brown "The United States government is the largest criminal enterprise on earth." -rduckwor

if obiden were to be removed from office by the 25th amendment, could the legality of his executive orders be in question?

more on wcb post above https://www.breitbart.com/poli...mbat-misinformation/ President Joe Biden issued an executive order on “access to voting” on Sunday that instructs federal government agencies to promote voter registration, help Americans apply to vote by mail, and “combat misinformation,” among other measures. The “Executive Order on Promoting Access to Voting” reads like a Democratic Party wish-list of “reforms” that enshrines many of the practices that were adopted on a temporary basis during the pandemic-affected 2020 election. Its provisions include: using federal agencies to promote voter registration; using federal agencies to inform Americans about voting; linking federal agency websites to state voter registration websites; providing voter registration and vote-by-mail applications; using “approved, nonpartisan third-party organizations” to register voters at federal agencies; using identification documents issued by the agency to help people register to vote; providing more multilingual services to potential voters; giving public employees “time off to vote in Federal, State, local, Tribal, and territorial elections”; and promoting voter registration for federal prisoners. One provision states: “It is the responsibility of the Federal Government to expand access to, and education about, voter registration and election information, and to combat misinformation, in order to enable all eligible Americans to participate in our democracy.” The list of measures in the Executive Order parallels those included in Democrats’ legislation, H.R. 1, the “For the People Act,” which intends to override state measures that bolster ballot integrity. H.R. 1 recently passed the Democrat-run House. The list also appears aimed at providing opportunities for the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division to pursue legal action against states that have photo identification requirements for voting, or that remove ineligible voters from the rolls.

Then we had better start getting as many of the right people in state legislators' offices, state AGs' offices, state and local court seats and Governors' offices as we can. For right now, that's all that can be done until we get enough of the right people in the U.S. House and Senate - not to mention the White House. Pushing for observers to have meaningful access to monitoring vote counts under state law might help in some cases too.

Biden having some problems talking about Defense Dept Of course the highlight here is how great it is to promote 2 women. It is always about the "favored" DEM groups. video at: https://twitter.com/i/status/1369044328807596036 Biden forgets the name of the Pentagon, as well as the name of his secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin

^^ Well, Neera Tanden's nomination to head up the Office of Management and Budget failed spectacularly before the Senate even had a chance to look at confirming her just because she had a big mouth. See, for example, http://msn.com/en-us/news/poli...led-push/ar-BB1ebeRG Ol' Joe had to get a couple of women through to something big just to prove to the gals that he's a real warrior for equality for women.

Out of 330 million choices, Joe was the ‘best’ the dems and republicans could come up with. It’s so sad that the country is so polarized but we didn’t create the problem.

Everyone else running had some sort of baggage, Joe was a blank slate. His incipient dementia washed away all his previous sins. He was the only choice. Set the controls for the heart of the Sun.

Zero. Once he's out of office, he has no power they can exploit. Of course if they think Michelle could get in the oval office, it pays to keep them on the payroll. Where have we seen this model before?

At some point soon there has to be some kind of competency question raised. It is obvious to everyone there is a very real problem here. "Practice like you want to play in the game"

Yeah, but who does it suit to raise it? I know that sounds like a bad joke, but Joe's current state creates some pretty strong temptations. An inactive presidency leaves a vacuum that other players will try to surge in to fill. Each of those players, of course, is perfectly willing to insist (if only to themselves) that they and they alone can be entrusted with the power and responsibility it will take to cope with the situation. Whatever Joe's got going on may actually have to be so bad to be addressed that it will overcome a (new) balance of power in D.C.

There is a historical precedent with Woodrow Wilson. “ Wilson’s wife Edith blamed Republican opponents in Congress for her husband’s stroke, as their vehement opposition to the League of Nations often took the form of character assassination. Edith, who was even suspicious of the political motives of Vice President Thomas Marshall, closely guarded access to her husband. She kept the true extent of Wilson’s incapacitation from the press and his opponents. While Wilson lay in bed, unable to speak or move, Edith purportedly insisted that she screen all of Wilson’s paperwork, in some cases signing Wilson’s name to documents without consulting the convalescing president. Edith, however, denied usurping her husband’s position during his recovery and in her memoirs insisted she acted only as a “steward.” https://www.history.com/this-d...son-suffers-a-stroke “ At this point, a cover-up began, led by Dr. Grayson and the president’s second wife, Edith. They thought that it would be best if Wilson was not informed of just how serious his condition truly was. When Dr. Grayson briefed the Cabinet, the question of succession came up but he refused to sign any official notice of disability. He also discouraged letting the public know the extent of the president’s condition (Weinstein suggests this reflected Edith Wilson’s opinion).” https://ahsl.arizona.edu/about...ts/presidents/wilson Wilson had four recorded strokes between 1896 and 1919. His wife covered up his last one and effectively acted as President. Wonder if history will repeat? “ The work of destruction is quick, easy and exhilarating; the work of creation is slow, laborious and dull.

Hmmm “Dr. Jill” for the win! Sure answers a lot of her motivation questions. Some have for her propping him up. Good old power greed! I don’t think she will be as tough to push aside in this day of back stabbers. And then they whomever they is will want Kamela to answer the bugler when the times are right. With the proper backing Dr.Jill might be too tough for “they” to keep directing. We do live in interesting times .
