Would this open the door for easier Republican victories in the reduced mainland US? Note that the open border fools have borders as a feature of this proposal.

I unfortunately live in California and I am ALL for this succession. Because then, I will no longer have a reason to drag my feet and move to a better/nicer state. Where do I sign because I know where I want to move to.
