From the big hooplah CNN tried to make about California going for Hillary, I guess they must've thought you could be in bed by 11.

Sadly, Wolf Blitzer was quickly brought back to earth by the other panelists.

the rest stays America

I would say Bikini Atoll is more than big enough - and it's offshore, too.

California became a state in 1850,
After the Civil War the Superme Court ruled succession was illegal. States were part of an indivisable union.
Given, it would please me to cut off the water the "nation" of California gets from elsewhere. Then there's the repayment of federal investments that have been made. No, you don't get the military and federal areas.

Someone should tell them they don't have the financial resources to support all of the illegals they allow to live in their State.

We took California and more from its rightful owners, (Mexico)and it sure would be nice for President elect Trump to give it back to them, naturally with a big apology!

Maybe we could keep a few sea ports.

AMF. With CA gone, in 2020, we won't have to stay up so late to find out who won.

Then let's make living in the US such hell for them that they move overseas. How many good people did those bastards force out of California over the years by doing just that?

Stop teasing us. That's just not even funny. I think they should just go ahead and emigrate. I don't really think anyone would miss them.
Buh Bye.

Sure you can secede. But you must leave the land with the US. So pack up and get out.

Would this open the door for easier Republican victories in the reduced mainland US? Note that the open border fools have borders as a feature of this proposal.

I unfortunately live in California and I am ALL for this succession. Because then, I will no longer have a reason to drag my feet and move to a better/nicer state. Where do I sign because I know where I want to move to.
