What kind of a naive, idiotic, dumbass lawyer would put any faith in a non disclosure agreement with a woman? Disclose is what women do. They can’t help it. Especially about sex, affairs, romances, etc.

I think it is likely that Trump has had dalliances with quite a few women. He was reasonably attractive, can be exceedingly charming and not reluctant to make it known that he was really really rich. He was bound to get many offers he can’t refuse. What good is it to be attractive, charming and really rich, if you aren’t getting offers? He is on his third wife.

Maybe the way to handle this is to say yes, I had brief affairs with her snd a whole bunch of others. My lawyer, in good faith, paid this one, but we’re not paying the rest of you gold diggers, so forget it.

Bill Clinton lied about his misdeeds, got caught and nearly ruined. It was lying, everyone said. Fine. Don’t lie.

Melania will be mad for awhile. She is No. 3, you know. She had to have some idea.

These guys are trying to play hardball. Fine. Take the sting out.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

APNews:

“… Still, the existence of a referral from Mueller's office to the Manhattan U.S. Attorney suggests that the matter isn't related to Russia.

Under Justice Department regulations, Mueller is required to consult with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein when his investigators uncover new evidence that may fall outside his original mandate. Rosenstein then will determine whether to allow Mueller to proceed or to assign the matter to another U.S. attorney or another part of the Justice Department…”

Yes sir but they will not shake the peoples faith one bit. Factly, people I hear on radio are getting pissed. I wish there was a way to reighn in the trash can full of clintons, obamas, pelosi and schumer and the whole lot. Even concrete shoes, a deep sea bed and never hear from them again. Nearing 1 1/2 years being preoccupied with democrats still kicking and screaming. We got more important things to deal with. I hope this phoney prosecuter can be impeached. I want the whole mess stopped.

This was a nasty dirty shot, but it looks like typical behavior for Mueller and his gang of rogue prosecutors.

With all the President has to deal with (illegal immigration, protect the borders, nuclear weapons re Iran and N Korea, Iraq, Syria, getting industry moving again, respecting law enforcement, dealing w disastrous obamacare, cutting regulations, on and on) Mueller and Rosenstein are focused on a pornstar. Unbelievably small minded pin heads intent on revenge because Donald Trump called out the FBI, DoJ, and intel agencies for their corruption and lies.

I really hope the congressional committees and the DoJ IG working w prosecutor John Huber reveal some serious FBI and DoJ corruption. That would make it even more obvious that Mueller has only a fierce vengeful motive to attack and obstruct our President.

How can the feds seize communications between a lawyer and client? Aren’t those privileged?

They are, but see this Forbes piece from last summer about what happens when a prosecutor thinks an attorney is mixed up in crime.

A separate team of lawyers that isn’t working on the case are brought in to review seized communications for privilege concerns; the privileged stuff is culled from the non-privileged stuff and only the latter is handed over to the prosecuting attorneys.

A key point, though: Communications showing that the client intended to commit a crime or fraud are *not* privileged. Those would also be handed over to the U.S. Attorney’s prosecuting attorneys by the “taint team” in this case.

if the FBI took all of Cohen's computers and files, how does Cohen represent the President ?

Mueller's SOP is now to pile on charge after charge and overwhelm the "target".

He hit Manafort w more than 590,000 items of discovery. Mueller has a team of 40 to 50 prosecutors and investigators. He overwhelms his victims w firepower no matter if he is right or wrong.

Remember this story: I think we are now seeing how low this shadow government will go to get President Trump, and Powers knows how low it can go.

Samantha Power delivers ominous message to Trump: 'Not a good idea to piss off John Brennan'

Samantha Power, who was U.S. ambassador to the United Nations under former President Barack Obama, warned President Trump on Saturday that it was "not a good idea to piss off John Brennan" after the former CIA director told him in a tweet that America would "triumph over you."

Brennan was responding to news that Attorney General Jeff Sessions had fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, a move praised by the president amid investigations that found McCabe "had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor − including under oath − on multiple occasions."

Brennan, who served as CIA director under Obama, warned Trump on Twitter that when his "venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history."

McCabe has reportedly written memos about his time at the FBI, including interactions with Trump, which he has submitted to Robert Mueller, the FBI special counsel who is investigating Russian interference in the U.S. elections.

Obama administration allies have previously hinted at possible intelligence community retribution against Trump.

In January 2017, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., warned Trump that the intelligence community had "six ways from Sunday at getting back at you."

Is mainstream America going to continue to allow fascism to run amok? If the Left attempts to impeach the President on bogus charges, will Americans sit idly by or will the nation stand up against these New Age NAZIs?

Unbelievable....

Mueller Isn’t The Only Lawyer On This Case Anymore.

Trump is angry about the Mueller investigation, but the Southern District of New York now has charge of the Cohen case, which means that there are two separate investigations apparently taking place.

The FBI Never Treated Hillary Clinton This Way.

This is perfectly obvious. Hillary wasn’t merely allowed to delete 33,000 documents from her computer server three weeks after revelations that she had a private computer server, she was protected by the DOJ and the FBI, which allowed her personal attorney, Cheryl Mills – who was also under investigation – to invoke attorney-client privilege to stop the FBI from investigating Hillary’s email scheme.

As Andrew McCarthy of National Review wrote:

The reason was that the Justice Department was allowing Cheryl Mills – a witness, if not a subject, of the investigation – to invoke attorney-client privilege on behalf of Mrs. Clinton in order to thwart the FBI’s attempt to inquire into the procedure used to produce Clinton’s emails to the State Department. Mills was a participant in that procedure – and it is the procedure in which, we now know, well over 30,000 emails were attempted to be destroyed, including several thousand that contained government-related business….There is no way Mills should have been permitted to participate as a lawyer in the process of producing Clinton’s emails to the State Department nearly two years after they’d both left. I thought it was astonishing that the Justice Department indulged her attorney-client privilege claim, which frustrated the FBI’s ability to question her on a key aspect of the investigation. But it is simply unbelievable to find her turning up at Mrs. Clinton’s interview – participating in the capacity of a lawyer under circumstances where Clinton was being investigated over matters in which Mills participated as a non-lawyer government official.
