Shakira was great. I was about to book 5 years of Shakira dance lessons for my wife but then J-lo came out and ruined the mood, I went out and shoveled snow instead.

Perhaps because he fears too much of that will rot his brain, leaving him incapable of performing even simple addition?

(Sorry. Had to. It was just too wide an opening to let it pass.)

Guilty. Must have been thinking about last Passover.

Looks as good as she did 10 years ago. And I think her dancing is sexy and good.

Jlo looks good for 50 but not a fan of her choreography

Back in the day the barrack's conversation was "Paula Abdul or Mariah Carey?". For the record, I was all in Paula's camp.

So Shakira wins this one (and that's just based on the pics here).

My 11 year old went to a church youth Super Bowl watching party and when she came home was shocked and disgusted. I don’t watch NFL anymore so have no idea what the show was like. All I could say was she should have seen Janet Jackson’s halftime show.

I don't know who is on your Church Youth Group Planning Committee but perhaps they should have considered in advance what a show with these two "ladies" might be like.

Play it back at 1.75x normal speed.

1.5x isn't quite enough, 2x is too much.

But 1.75x... is entertaining.

They missed something about hot women in 1985. Raquel Welch was 45 in 1985 and as looks go she blows either away. She was a pretty good dancer also, as seen on USO tours with Bob Hope.

Wouldn't that be the World Cup final? Which has no halftime show, to my knowledge. It certainly isn't a spectacle like the Super Bowl show. Maybe you should watch futbol.

Shakira has performed at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 World Cups in the opening or closing ceremonies. Further "research" can be done on YouTube. Cool
