Meh. The halftime show always is pretty sub par. This one was no better or worse than the others.

I was going to ask this also. I’m assuming they are being sarcastic because I can’t imagine criticizing her for using a capo. She sings, dances, plays drums guitar and harmonica. More talented than most people.

I don’t know what any of that music mumbo jumbo means so I will stay out of it. I thought a CAPO was like an Italian mobster so clearly I’m out of my depth. I don’t give a crap either way about that show. I don’t like that style of music so I wouldn’t have enjoyed it if they had been wearing nun’s habits. That being said, Shakira has still got it. JLo only has still got it if you put the 50 year old asterisk next to her name, IMO. Ie, “she’s hot for a 50 year old”. I think she has gotten way too “big” to wear the exact same outfits she wore as a 20 something background dancer.

I’m a big fan of being realistic as to what you can and should wear.

If this violates the SF policy on body shape/size/looks I will delete. It see it as relevant in this discussion but I’ve been wrong before. Lol

No, but I spent time on Dutch beaches as much as over thirty years ago, where tops were optional--and many chose to forgo them. Right next to one such beach was a public nude beach. Some were also doing it when I visited Grand Canary, around the same time, in violation of their laws. Heck, stumbled across a couple sunbathing nude back in the dunes, one day on our way down to the beach. So?

Not certain how one equates the desire to get as much an all-over tan as possible with overt, provocative, even challenging displays of sexuality.
