Gloom, despair and
agony on me.

Found these two puppies while on our evening walk. I assume they were dumped and they were hiding out in a drainage culvert. Probably 4-5 weeks old and seem pretty healthy. Hopefully the no kill animal shelter will take them in as we don’t need two new puppies at this time despite what my daughter thinks.

Good on ya, drabfour.

I swear to God... Mad

You can tell your daughter that she just needs to keep working on you. Those little pups should stay together and be in a good home, like yours, drabfour.

Hell, we'll Amazon kibble to ya, whatever you need. Need a doghouse? We'll get you one.

Where are you located?
We just rescued a boxer and have our hands full with him but I am sure you will find them a good home.
Good luck.

Yeah Para people suck that’s why my daughter changed from doing something in the medical field to the veterinary field. I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up keeping them. Theses two are sisters so they’ll probably stay together. Big Grin

We just lost our boxer a few months ago and it’s been difficult.

Oh God, they are beautiful!

I'd love to have them but I've already got 5 cats, 4 horses and a dog!

Bless you for saving them!

I'm not an expert but I think those puppies are 8 or 9 weeks old, not 5 weeks. They just look too self aware. One thing is for certain, they are very good looking puppies. They make me wish I lived in Texas even though I currently have my hands full with a very active 8 month old Std. Poodle.

I've stopped counting.

If they win your heart I'd chip in for the Vet visit, shots or kibbles etc.

Good luck with them.

The forum is pretty obviously gotten attached to those little dolls. Could you update some pictures every so often?

Just for a while?

There is a scientifically based inverse square law that clearly shows a correlation between the time a daughter has possession of puppies and the chances of keeping them.

Enjoy your new dogs Big Grin

They are gorgeous! So good of you to rescue them! Anyone who would abandon a pet shouldn’t be allowed to own one. And a bitch slap would be in order.
I’m thinking this would be an excellent time for a little responsibility training for your daughter. “You want to keep them? You’ll need to feed them, walk them, clean up after them, and of course love them”. It’s a win, win for you!
