It might pay to read this article. Fox news just gave Dominion Voting 750 million dollars to avoid a civil trial, and the deep state lawyers are going after Tucker Carlson who worked for Fox News. May not be too far of a stretch.

Haha, come on. Don Lemon is half a turnip. He's not Carlson's opposite, at least not on the pundit or intellectual spectrum.

I read your entire post, and I disagree with your assertion vehemently. No disrespect intended.

Lemon was doing that, but Carlson was actually revealing truth that nocody else had the guts to reveal.

Your truth. Not THE truth. I understand the desire to despise the other side, but we can't believe that we are not doing the same thing.

Well, I'm bummed by the loss of Bongino and Carlson on Fox News. I can't get OANN on my cable and it's too uncomfortable to watch news on my computer. I don't subscribe to any Internet news sources, but I do frequent SF. Thanks, Para.

Jedediah Bila presents a good perspective on Tucker’s departure from FOX.

Essentially states what we all know, cable news is tightly controlled over what the hosts can talk about.
Of all the view points expressed today, I found her’s to be the most interesting.

It was the only thing CNN talked about all night.
Not that I watch the shows but just clicked on to see the topic and as I guess - it was an all Tucker bash show (they were all gleeful).
Yet no mention of the ejected DL.

Tucker was fired so he is under zero restraints - he can speak freely about FOX or anything else. Digital is the future and you don't need a network for that. Rumble rocks and TC will draw a crowd.

I've no idea how "smart" my TV is. It's a 40" LED bought a couple of years ago.

He'll be back. Maybe he can team up with Musk and do something on Twitter? Laugh all the way to the bank.

Carlson’s exit is related to the discrimination lawsuit filed by Abby Grossberg, the producer fired by the network last month, the people said.

But that discrimination lawsuit isn't against Tucker but against the network and it's in regards to the depositions given for the Dominion lawsuit. She is saying she was discriminated with regards to her deposition such as not being able to see it while male colleagues were allowed to among other things.

I would agree that Carlson often gave different views that run counter even to the "standard" conservative line.

Mainstream conservative commentators seem to say what they are allowed. Rush was and Hannity is the best at it. Laura Ingram is pretty good at it. Glenn Beck has at times likely run afoul of limits. I suspect Tucker has had a long running feud with producers and owners. He would give about one five minute hard hitting truth segment a week. Ratings maybe gave him some control, but likely push came to shove and neither side could take it.

Wherever he lands, we'll probably get better and more reavealing content. But I doubt his next platform will reach as many fence sitters, but maybe some will still follow him.

Tucker will be fine wherever he goes. My biggest hope is that Mr. Pillow will continue to advertise on Fox and I will never see one of his idiotic commercials ever again.
