I've always worn a watch, always an analog type.
Only time I don't wear it is at work or my ring for that matter.
Always waterproof but I don't wear them in the shower.
I have two G-shocks that I've had for years that serve me well.

I often wear two watches. (I’m weird) I always have an automatic mechanical watch on my left wrist and often wear a Citizen CZ Smart watch on my right wrist. The smart watch is more of a sleep and fitness tracker. Citizen’s first smart watch is neat, I love that it looks like a chronograph diver and all the dial options are fun but the battery life (or lack there of) leaves a lot of room for improvement.

I wear one all the time...the only time I take it off is to shower. I use it for work to tell time for reports and to count time for field sobriety testing.

I'm hell on watches. To me they are just a tool, and all I'm asking it to do is tell time reasonably accurately, and be visible in the dark since I work nights, and be reasonably durable. The thought of a multi-hundred dollar watch is ridiculous to me, as I'd likely destroy it in short order between fighting with suspects, training, bumping it into stuff, or working on cars on my own time.

I was going through a Timex Expedition about once every two years for a while. The last one of those I had came apart while I was at the academy, and that was the last of those that I bought. The academy is a very regimented, time oriented environment, and being even a few seconds late to anything can lead to much unwanted attention from the DIs. Not having a watch there isn't an option. I picked up a Momentum Steelix for $50 on sale to replace the busted Timex, and that one's going on five years and I haven't managed to break it yet. It's pretty scuffed up and chipped, but it still keeps good time and does what I need it to do.

My daily watch at work is a Rolex Daytona "Panda" with the white dial and black ceramic bezel. On the weekends I usually wear a Corum. When on the boat, I wear a Longines Wittnauer Chronograph.

I hardly ever wore a watch, until on a whim I tried an Apple Watch. I suddenly found it vastly easier to activate my work’s multi-factor authentication as opposed to getting my phone out of my pocket 30-40 times a day.

Now I wear it every weekday.

Just got a Damasko DS30, my first automatic in about 50 years, that I wear daily. I don't wear it when I shower, run, or work out. I use a Garmin Forerunner 235 for running and an Ironman for knocking around.

I used to only wear a dress watch when I had to wear a suit. Now I wear an Apple Watch most times when I leave the house. There are times I forget, but now when I wear a watch it is the Apple Watch because of its features.

I have worn the same watch since 1976. A Seiko automatic that my wife bought for my birthday from a small jewelry shop down the street from the Sears catalog store on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks.

Most days, I wear a Hamilton Khaki Field on a stainless bracelet. It's an auto/analog.

When I'm doing yardwork or tromping through the woods, I switch to a solar/analog Casio G-SHOCK, purchased from Dave Truong.

Don't have a suit, me. Think of all the money I've saved by not ever needing a dress watch!

Yes, I wear a watch whenever I am out. I just like watches. I have a few and like to wear different ones. I like mechanical watches best, but I have most of the common kinds. They range in price from downright cheap to expensiv-ish, although none are crazy expensive.

The one kind I don't have is a smart watch. While I know my cell phone will be obsolete in three to five years, I can't see buying a watch that will also be out of date in that same amount of time.

I have worn a watch every day since I was about 9 years old. First a gold and silver seiko, then a tag when I turned 14. Wore that until it flooded on my wedding day in 2002. Then another tag until 2016 when I got a rolex. Then another rolex in 2019 and another in 2020. I rotate the rolexs, Skydweller for the office, seadweller for the weekend. Milgauss for going out casual.

I am an attorney and date documents and sign all day, a watch with a date is a must for me. Far quicker than a phone to check the date.

Yeah, I wear a watch everyday as well. The exception is if I am using machinery like a chainsaw or something and I do not wear one to bed.

I have a bunch, most are Seikos.
