It's hard as hell to find. The best way for things like that is ask the store manager when they get their trucks in and come in mid morning that day (or next if they get nighttime deliveries). I know all the people at my local grocer and they tell me when to come to get certain items.

I was in my local WINCO grocery Friday, they were completely out of the small envelopes of Yeast, every other grocery is out too.

In the bulk food section they had 16 ounce vacuum sealed packs of Saf-Instant brand for only $3.63 each. A consumer 3-envelope pack of yeast is usually around $1.29-ish. This is the brand that King Arthur flour recommends and sells. These packs are fresh with long expiration date.

Here there was no flour on the shelves either. Another shortage I cannot quite figure out. Are that many people baking bread or something like that? I don't normally use/stock flour and had to pay through the roof for the only one they had which was a small box, of 6 individually wrapped 3 ounce packages of flour or something for $6 because I needed a tiny bit for a recipe.
