Sacrificing "they life" for our entertainment. Really? When did the NFL becoming The Running Man?

From the same Twitter feed:

tells ESPN."

I guess kicking that ball through goalposts is a good thing.

Wow. So these overpaid, pampered entertainers are now equating themselves with soldiers that have been maimed or killed defending our country?!?!

You have got to be fracking kidding me.

How anybody can waste their time and money on these arrogant, self entitled pricks is beyond me. Let them pick up a rifle like Pat Tillman did (and a few others who served over the years)and then I might be willing to listen to their talk about their "sacrifice". Until then, they need to shut the fuck up about that crap.. To hell with them all!

The Vikings/Green Bay game here in Mpls is featuring a tribute to George Floyd. I'm going to watch the game because I like to root for the underdog Vikings.

That said I will watch it on a 30 min delay to avoid the slim but I need to see how bad it is.

I'm 10 blocks from the GF corner and have yet to visit any parts of Mpls hit by the Riots and Arson. I just need to see this game and how the Vikings are handling it. If Adam Thielen kneels I'm not going to be happy.

Tried to watch the Arkansas State - Kansas State game this afternoon. I noticed that the KS players all had BLM patches on their jerseys. I turned on cartoons instead.

Ten years ago, these numbskulls were merely the National Felon's League. Now they have morphed into the Commie League. Anti-American cretins who still kept their felon tendencies, they have sunk to an all time low.

The opening game of the NFL season brought in a smaller audience Thursday than it did last year — but still dominated ratings for the day.

The Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs' 34-20 victory over the Houston Texans averaged about 19.3 million viewers on NBC, according to preliminary ratings. That's down about 13 percent from the 22.12 million who watched last year's kickoff, but ahead of the 19 million who tuned in for the 2018 kickoff.

The only reason that the ratings were as high as they were was because there was nothing else on except re-runs. Wait until the new season starts and their ratings will tank even more.

Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield will stand for the national anthem after all.

Mayfield — who has been adamant about kneeling during the national anthem all offseason — reversed course after watching Thursday’s game.

So someone just now realized being a SJW quarterback might not be cool with the fans. Big Grin

Does anyone really think the media won't inflate the ratings? I'm not even sure I buy the 20 million. Are they counting people who turned it on just to see out of curiosity then flipped it off in disgust?

They know darn well low NFL ratings are an indicator that people are fed up with the crap and behind President Trump. Just like with Biden they are going to say all is well, but it's not.

I wonder if the NFL would be okay with a player putting Shannon Christensen's or Christopher Newsom's name(s) on their helmet's.

How about "Free Hong Kong".

Yeah, probably not.

Hey NFL-I'm the one with a good job and a comfortable disposable income to pay for tickets when I'm in town that has a game, or to pay for the Season Pass on cable, or to buy team bling at the NFL store. I'm the one who grew up playing the game. I grew up watching the games on Sunday with my dad and my friends (who also played), and carried the love of the sport into adulthood.

Of course it was a different game back then, with a much better class of players, coaches, and owners.

So NFL, by all means continue to cater to the ghetto trash who's only income is the lame and lazy programs, or the woke professor(s) who hate everything the NFL and football is, or the coffee house, soy-boy, pussies who also hate everything that the NFL and football is. Continue to pander to the thugs and criminals that now populate the team rosters. I could go on but there's no point.

Like many here I am done with the NFL for good. I hope the NFL continues this push and I honestly expect them to continue. It's almost like they are trying, making conscious decisions, to actively destroy themselves.

Well, more power to them. I hope they step it up and get it over with.

A man of principal.

Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

If you are currently watching this garbage - you are contributing to the problem, driving viewership ratings, and ensuring these entitled pricks continue to draw $10M salaries.
