Congratulations SGT. Remember where you came from, and remember to reward the hard workers you supervise. Also remember when you get future awards that it took a team effort (unless it didn't) and then award/reward accordingly. Have a policy that you follow also that when there is a screw up or an atta-boy the person who made the mistake or the atta-boy bring in a treat for the crew.
