There has never been a better time to attack feminazism in this country if not the world.

Women giving this murderess a pass because HORMONES or POST PARTUM or MEN DON’T UNDERSTAND have opened themselves up to losing power to n politics, operatingbheavy machinery, serving in the military, you name it. They’ve embraced mental instability as an acceptable defense. For murdering helpless children. Hell, make it a screen out question on job applications. “I’m sorry ma’am, your answer to question #7 indicates you are not psychologically capable of safely flying a fighter jet loaded with ordinance”.

The prosecutor seemed just a regular law and order guy who couldn't fathom how the case wasn't a slam dunk. The defense attorney a clever leftist who knew exactly which buttons to push with the heavily propagandized jury. Hard to believe a case like this would get this outcome anywhere but a very blue cesspool. We really may not be able to share a country with this level of state sponsored evil forever.

Agreed. Just don’t know how.
I’d be happy if we could contain them in the leftist urban areas. But they spread… like cancer.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

It seems that a big part of the debacle is that Mass requires the prosecution to prove she wasn't insane. In most states, if the defendant claims the insanity defense then they must prove it.

The difference between what regular people think insanity means vs what it means in the legal world is quite significant. Plus, without substantial experience with actual insane people, regular people just aren't capable of evaluating insanity.

I count myself as one of the people that would have difficulty discerning the difference, but I have no difficulty understanding that people like this woman need to be permanently removed from society.

For quite some time I've been of the opinion that some folks, like Lindsay Clancy supporters, should do well to experience some quality time in the company of a bipolar Italian Mafioso.

Ten (10) minutes tops, and their whole perspective on life, happiness, and all creatures great and small will get some much-needed restructuring.

But they wouldn't last three (3) minutes before crying for their mommy...

And that alone would get the Mafioso "unsettled"...

IMO these Clancy apologists are making the case why women presidents are a bad idea. If one can snap and kill the innocent and helpless with inappropriate accountability and we can’t identify her in advance, then none can be trusted with the nuclear football.

That, or they’re as mentally and emotionally capable as men, and accountable for their actions. They’ve chosen to have it both ways, and take whichever approach best suits them for a given scenario. I agree that this absolutely needs to be part of the national discussion. You’re either as capable as men, and we accept you in places and roles we didn’t in the past, and you are accountable for your actions, or you say you aren’t fit for these kinds of roles for the same reasons so many say Clancy isn’t accountable for murdering her children.

A college buddy became psychotic and tried to murder a fellow roommate. He was batshit crazy for a month before the attack, but though we tried there was nothing any authority could do until he tried to harm himself or others. So we saw insane in action for that month and then for the time period he was hospitalized, escaped, and finally put on trial.

So I know crazy when I see it, but have no confidence in being able to read someone's mind to know if they met the legal definition to be found not-guilty. The danger to society, though, is obvious.

After some years in prison he was let out, then killed a woman. Because he was insane.

I'm certain you can. Because you don't have to be psychic.

A legal system relies on definitions. If some factors are involved, it's murder 1. If not, then it could be murder 2 or manslaughter.

The state of mind required in the definition of murder 1 (mens rea) does not require the ability to read someone's mind to be able to judge it. It can be inferred, proven, shown by the perpetrator's actions. Did he/she had a plan and carried it out. What did he/she do before and after the commission of the crime. Etc., etc., etc.

That's why definitions are so important. As to your college buddy, I have no idea if he murdered that woman. Did his actions show that he knew right from wrong when he did it?

Granted it's a tricky slope. Ever considered a murder so horrifying that you are unable to grasp/comprehend/understand how someone could commit such an act? Any LEO can explain your lack of comprehension --- you are normal. Normal people don't/can't even think about the whole gamut of possibilities that humans can inflict upon others. Then you hear words like, "how could he/she/somebody do that?".

No one ever said that it is a simple process. Or even trying to explain it. Is my explanation making sense?

What I would recommend for the defense attorney with his tirade against the lone juror, has been declared unprotected speech by the Supreme Court of the United States.

My buddy planned his attack for at least an hour while he was waiting in ambush, but probably planned it for several days at least because of the weapon he used. He fled immediately. By those measures it was premeditated murder. But he pled self defense in court, claiming that people including his roommate were harming him with their brainwaves.

He also very likely killed a family member in what was a premeditated attack. And the woman he later killed, by our sane logic he had threatened during his peak insanity we witnessed, but he described it as wanting to protect her.

Nobody can know for sure what was in a person's mind in the moment they commit the crime when that person is crazy. I couldn't tell you that he knew what he was doing was morally wrong, but he knew it was illegal. He definitely needed lifelong psychiatric medication, and should have been kept locked up forever.
