Oh, definitely mental defect going on. Psychopath, sociopath, or “other”.

But that isn’t the basis of the defense, it is that condition rendering you unable to know right from wrong, or legal from illegal that provides an “out” for criminal responsibility.

If you are planning and plotting and web searching in advance of “hearing voices” and making sure you do it in a fashion where others are not aware of your activities, are hiding those activities, and surreptitiously making plans that suggests to me knowledge that you knew it was wrong.

You did it secretly, you concealed it, and you had the mental control for complex, logical thought. You were able to effectively and rationally carry on a phone conversation in the middle of orchestrating your grand plan. You weren’t out of control, acting out, or unable to behave rationally.

Yes, you certainly do have mental defect. Personally, I don’t care the type. However whatever condition you have, does not rise to the degree of rendering you unable to know right from wrong.

Therefore, you deserve death or life w/o parole.

How the defense might know that the one holdout juror is against his client, is beyond my understanding of such proceedings. I would think that neither the defense, not the prosecution, nor even the judge, would be privy to that information.

However, given that the defense is insistent that this juror be removed, it seems that this information is known, and if it is one holdout who is preventing this demon from being acquitted, I'd say that that person might become famous before too long. I'll also say that it may be that if they do manage to cause a mistrial, their life won't be worth a plug nickle, because we all know how leftists react to anyone standing in the way of what they want. Since this juror almost certainly knows the potential consequences, I'd have to estimate this person to be quite brave.

My guess is it’s one of the three men on the jury. Has to be.

Women kill close to 500 children every year according to NIH data.
And that’s just mothers. Fathers kill more.

WHY is this bitch receiving so much media attention?

Statistics show they are more likely to be found not guilty by insanity. And men found guilty and imprisoned.

I saw a quote somewhere that said if a man came home from war with PTSD and killed his children, this trial would be going in an entirely different direction.

I think my girlfriend said it best: This country went to hell when women started working outside the house and started voting.

Tensions flare in Lindsay Clancy courtroom over holdout juror in sixth day of deliberations

Excerpt:

“Zeroing in on juror: After the judge ordered the jury to resume deliberations, Reddington said one member was refusing to “listen to the law.” He asked that the person be removed from the jury. However, analysts believe the lone juror is unlikely to be removed.”

Reddington is the defense attorney so the holdout probably thinks she’s guilty. How crazy is it that the other 11 think otherwise?

Unfortunate that we have only one decent person on the jury. Society has declined to the point that a jury might do anything. We're truly a nation of propagandized fools. There is a big element online that feel she is a victim here failed by her husband and medical professionals! Up is now down.

A)…. I cannot imagine being the father, let alone if she gets found not guilty…. I honestly…. For his own good, I’m hoping there are experienced bailiffs right next to him…

B) If she’s freed, she will harm more people.

Not sure how the Bacchus cult has resurfaced but it’s about all I can see which explains the behavior of her supporters.

And, frankly, every one needs to be investigated.

Looks like it's not a done deal yet. Fox says "Judge pauses mistrial for 1 hour in Clancy trial".

"The judge has given Clancy's defense one hour to petition the Massachusetts Supreme Court to remove the juror blocking Clancy's acquittal, placing the mistrial on hold"

I think this effort will fail. The jury system is just not supposed to be subject to such bullshit. I don't have to be an attorney to know that. I think the judge is doing this for the purpose of countering any appeals by the defense- giving them maximum leeway.

If the mistrial stands, I will take great pleasure in knowing how much it infuriates leftists and all these batshit crazy women, that one single juror stopped their hero from being acquitted.

So, if you don't like the way a juror votes, you can just have them removed and replaced with someone who will vote the way you want them to vote?

Why even bother having a jury system then?

This is an excellent question. Why indeed? It's like most other things these days, a vestige of a better time when things made sense. Now by and large the justice system is a caricature, a farce.

. . . "My name is Ozymandias, king of kings: Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair! Nothing beside remains. Round the decay of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare, the lone and level sands stretch far away". . .

It's because he's "“biased” against those with “debilitating mental illness”"... Pretty simple, not.
