So many fucked up people on full display. That's a lot of diseased energy. But it does come from a group of people that think it's OK to rip a fetus out in chunks because it was an inconvenience. A pox on them all.

Those who don't learn from history, are doomed to repeat it. Constance Margaret Fisher https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constance_Fisher American serial mass murderer. Diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, she killed three of her children in Maine in 1954, and after spending several years in a mental institution, she was released, only to kill three more of her children in 1966. Deemed unfit to stand trial, she was hospitalized at the Augusta State Hospital, from where she managed to escape in 1973, but died in an accident shortly afterwards. ... First killings On March 8, 1954, Fisher's husband, Carl, returned home from work to find that the door had been locked. Worried that something was off, he contacted Dr. Richard Chasse, the physician who had been treating his wife for recent bouts of depression, and the men broke down the door. Carl then went inside and went to the bedroom, where he saw the corpses of Daniel and Deborah tucked in their beds, at first appearing to be asleep. He then stepped into the bathroom, where he found that his eldest son Richard had been drowned in the bathtub. Panicked and unable to find his wife, he quickly contacted the authorities, who rushed to the crime scene. A search of the house led to the officers finding Constance hidden under a bed, having been rendered unconscious from a suicide attempt by drinking a bottle of liquid shampoo. A suicide note written by her was located, with Constance explaining that she had drowned the children to "save them from evil" and that God had ordered her to do so. Internment and release Soon after she was found, Constance was arrested and charged with murder. The killings came as a shock to the community, who struggled to believe that she was capable of doing such a thing. Before she was able to stand trial, a forensic psychiatric examination concluded that she was suffering from paranoid schizophrenia and was thus considered unable to stand trial.[1] Because of this, Constance was interned at the Augusta State Hospital in Augusta for treatment.[3] While hospitalized there, she calmly explained that she had drowned the children one by one and she had done it because, as she claimed to one psychiatrist, "I wanted someone to baby me." In order to cure her, Fisher was given insulin injections and high doses of hormones, which would sometimes cause her to experience seizures.[1] Within a year of her internment, she started to show signs of improvement, no longer hearing voices or experiencing any auditory hallucinations.[1] In 1955, her husband initiated a legal process to have her released, but his requests were denied by the hospital's medical board. After four years, partly due to a national effort to deinstitutionalize mental patients, Constance was released to her husband's custody on March 6, 1959.[3] The couple soon moved to a new home Carl had built for the family in Fairfield, where they would have three more children: Kathleen Louise (b. 1960), Michael Jon (b. 1962) and Natalie Rose (b. 1965).[1] Second killings On June 30, 1966, Carl returned home from work, only to find 9-month-old Natalie drowned in the bathtub. Shocked by the discovery, he ran towards the home of neighbor Howard Wood to use his telephone, as his home did not have one. Police were called to the scene, and after examining the crime scene, officers found the bodies of Michael and Kathleen tucked in their beds. Constance herself was also found lying in her bed, having been rendered unconscious from a suicide attempt to overdose on pills. Newspapers at the time noted the eerie similarities with the previous murders, calling it a "duplication of tragedy". Constance was rushed to the Thayer Hospital in Waterville, where she was nursed until she regained consciousness. Local authorities sought to charge her with murder, and after she was discharged, Constance was brought to Skowhegan in Somerset County for deliberations between prosecutors, before a decision was made for her to be tried in Kennebec County. ... (She was subsequently tried and re-institutionalized.) Escape and death During her hospitalization, Constance reportedly caused no problems and behaved well towards the staff. This all changed on October 1, 1973, when her husband Carl decided to stop visiting her, as it caused him too much grief. Not long after, she managed to escape from the Augusta State Hospital, prompting a search operation from hospital staff and local authorities. On October 9, a group of duck hunters spotted the bloated body of a woman floating in the Kennebec River near Gardiner. An autopsy determined that the body belonged to Constance Fisher, and her death was listed as an accidental drowning, likely to have occurred on the day of her escape. .

I don’t believe these women supporting Lindsay truly grasp the implications of Lindsay’s arguments on the feminist agenda. Feminists have argued that women are equally capable in every scenario as men. They are also arguing that women’s hormones are responsible for Lindsay’s murderous behavior. You cannot have it both ways. If women have hormones that override decency and morality, then why should they be trusted with society’s greatest responsibilities? I’m not advocating one way or the other, but I am pointing out that the feminists cannot have it both ways. Demand not that events should happen as you wish; but wish them to happen as they do happen, and you will go on well. -Epictetus

She is a family annihilator, as they plan for the event, create time and opportunity for the murders and then usually try to suicide themselves. Also, a person does not have just one psychotic episode.....that only lasts 18 minutes.

Yup, it was one of the three men. Nine women and two men decided this woman who admitted she planned and murdered her children was not guilty. One guy said no. Not a great day for women in this country. ______________________________________________ "If the truth shall kill them, let them die.” Endeavoring to master the subtle art of the grapefruit spoon.

Yes, but you said it had to be, and what I told you is correct: not necessarily. Discounting the proclivities of the sexes, 75 percent of the jury were women. That means, statistically, the odds of the one holdout being female were three to one. Three days ago, everyone on Twitter was saying "It's the three men against the nine women" but that turned out to not be true. Two men were for acquittal, and it could have been all three, because, obviously, in this case, merely being male did not automatically make a juror vote 'guilty'. So, if you want to come back to this just to be right, at least understand that what I told you is correct.

One so mentally ill to do this act has no place in society and must be removed - define removed any way you wish. As for the 11 jurors that found no guilt - let the court of public opinion have them. Shunning is done in some communities - it's a start here....................... "No matter where you go - there you are"

This entire case is disgusting, and that witch needs to be either incarcerated for the rest of her life or executed. The mass support she is getting is almost more disturbing that what she did, though. It's no shock to me that evil exists in this world, but the fact that a large segment of society is ok with this is appalling. That said, it's encouraging that there was at least one dude with the balls to stand up for what is right. ----------------------------------------------------------- Any comments made by this poster are my own and do not reflect the views or opinions of my employer.

We have a fully functional woman who was able to graduate nursing school, maintain full-time employment along with raising three children (well until you know when) who now had a momentary psychosis episode which cause her to murder three people. How in the world could you ever trust this person will never have another episode? Unlike the regular crazy who people who are just crazy full time. Like the naked guy on the street who eats his own feces and baths in a bird bath, that's just Bill, he is there all the time. If she never goes to prison but instead is placed in a mental institution, that would be a much worse punishment. Imagine no longer being crazy but you are now housed with the truly insane 24/7.

This is so true. People seem to have been indoctrinated into the concept that prison, or mental hospital, incarceration is about rehabilitation. But it is about removing the threat from a civilized society. Rehab, if it can be accomplished, is a secondary goal, and it should not be considered a promised outcome.
