I know ATF isn’t popular, but they are INCREDIBLY good at post blast investigations. I went to a school they put on once on the subject and was extremely impressed. I’ve also seen firsthand what 1200 pounds of fertilizer will do to a Buick. Someone setting off an RV full of that in my towns major tourist area is very high in my nightmare list. I hope they find the person responsible quickly and make an example out of them. People who set off bombs shouldn’t ever breathe free air again.

Very odd...approx 0630 on Christmas Day, in an entertainment area, when its not populated, at a time when most people are still in-bed.

Whoever did this is likely to get decades if not life in prison, and is likely to spend that time in supermax. The feds take a very dim view of bombers. Would seem to be a very high risk for an insurance scam.

I'm thinking they didn't do much research. I think most biz policies written since 9/11 exclude terrorism.

It's in the middle of the street. I'd lean way more towards some lunatic "sending a message" than insurance scam. When they decide that the message wasn't received, they'll escalate. I hate bombers. We spent the better part of a week once chasing down leads that a known bombing suspect was supposed to be hiding in our area. I am WAY more comfortable walking up to a door that someone might try to shoot me through than walking up to a door where the house might explode at any moment.

Ill bet it has something to do with the ATT building. Only reason to set it off there.

The more details I hear, the stranger this gets.
911 call gets officers to the scene, they find an RV playing a recording saying there's a bomb about to go off... Almost like a diversionary explosion...

Not the big ATT "batman" building. The red brick building the bomb went off right in front of is an ATT building with a lot of telecommunications stuff inside.

Yeah, from this, highly doubt it's terrorism. Terrorists don't care about human lives. They wouldn't have warned anyone to evacuate. They would have set off the bomb when there's a biggest crowd, not early Christmas morning when there's no one around.

Ugh. This makes me very upset.

So someones hates ATT?
Or
Antifa/ BLM or associates to make it look like trump supporters
Or
Trump supporters to make it look like antifa/BLM
Or
Black flag event by unknown agents to make it look like one of the above. For what reason though

At least they had the decency to do it at 6am on Xmas morning when very few people would be around with evacuation warnings blaring. So maybe they didn’t want to hurt people so I’m leaning towards anti ATT persons.

I wouldn’t write it off too early.

Death and destruction isn’t the number one goal of foreign or even domestic terrorism.

The IRA used to routinely issue warnings about their bombings.

The police apparently carted off a car load of what appeared to be young people from the sounds of it.

It almost seems like they weren't planning on doing it right there but screwed up. Otherwise how does a bomber get caught on scene.
