Congratulations! I think I remember when you got the last job.

I wish you all the best.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Being on the night shift just gives you more daylight to shoot when nobody is on the range (because they are working).

My son loves working the night shift with Lord Vaalic in TN.

And, now on night shift you can respond to all the electrician type inquiries we post. We'll keep you awake.

Congratulations, Jessie. I probably drive past your new place of work every day on the way to mine. That is, when life is normal and I go into the office every day.

When I toured an Equinix data center a few years ago, they proudly told me that up to 95% of all Internet traffic routed through their data centers in Loudoun.

Funny thing, my phone and email inbox are now being bombed with recruiting trolls. It seems right now everybody wants someone with a clearance. And here I am, reluctant to take a nibble.

Believe it or not I was worried about the background check for some reason. I'm a CHP holder, never been convicted of a crime outside of traffic violations, have 830 credit score, no debt except house/car. Still I was nervous somehow something would get me, maybe even a post on here or something.

I almost jumped for joy when I got the email this morning.

You sound squeaky clean to me. People do not realize how many convicted felons there are. A good percentage of them make for good employees. Keep us posted as to how the job goes.
