I realize that's what the headline states, but that's not what I watched. I saw a crowd of people in the street with the truck trying to make its way slowly in the far right lane. Then I saw some folks making a direct approach to the vehicle. Then one getting in front of and then onto the hood of the truck. The truck accelerated slowly then hit the brakes and physics took over. Then more people rushing the truck as the truck sped away.

Don't play in the road. That's what my mom and dad told me.

The curb weight on my truck is somewhere north of 5000 pounds. If you get in front of it while it's moving you're most likely going to be injured. My truck probably won't suffer injuries nearly as serious as yours. It's kind of a physics thing.
If you get run over you can blame your lack of education on such things and blame your parents for not teaching you to stay our of traffic.

When they're in the street blocking cars and the people in them(false imprisonment), they are not protestors. They are rioters and felons.

From the news link "Both vehicles that pinned the Prius were participating in the protest, officials said."

So, how are vehicles allowed to participate in a protest? Do the protests just form on the spot and they march wherever they want and folks are expected to give way, or do they have to get a permit in advance and the streets are blocked off, etc.?

And the Prius driver was arrested. Cops are going to lose all support.

Nothing shocking at all about that video. You play in traffic, you tend to get run over. I am sick and tired of these rioters attacking people in their vehicles and then when the driver tries to flee for fear of injury or worse and hits one of these "poor little victim snowflakes" the driver gets arrested. What the hell is wrong with the PDs in these places??

It is simple. Activist DA's just let them out on 'no complaint'

The pansy left is salivating anytime something comes into the vicinity of one of their sh*theads, hoping for their martyrdom, or at least something the media liars think they can sell that way.

Not long after this thread opened, there were several predictions of vigilantism, ranging from vehicles plowing through crowds to a sniper. I am amazed it has not happened and pray if it eventually does, it's not until after the election is decided.

It was not all that “peaceful” last night in Louisville. At about 9:00pm, someone smashed a window at the Main Library building (4th & York Sts), tossed in a lit road flare, and then the “protestors” retreated to the Unitarian Church across the street.

They then went all “Quasimodo” and claimed “sanctuary” saying the church folks were allowing them to stay the night because of the curfew. LMPD laid siege for 2 hours before gaining access and arresting individuals (including a black female State legislator).

Additionally, many Walgreen’s Drug stores throughout the Metro were targeted and looted.

But you won’t find much of this info on the local news media, unless they spin it for the agenda.

Curfew (9:00pm to 6:30 am) extended Through weekend. 500+ NG deployed, along with KSP; DHS/FPS on-site for Federal building security.

I’m fully expecting the worse this weekend with outsiders from Detroit and Atlanta coming in by bus-load.

Just to clarify what Jones said about thanking a teacher. I agree, except I would say thank the teachers union. My mother, grandmother, aunt, and many other family Members were/are Teachers in Louisville. They all quit the union due to its leftist policies. It’s a total disgrace.

Pretty sure they're not going to like anything they read and will dismiss it as more evidence of a 'broken system'. It'll be plain as day for anybody capable of reading and a basic understanding of the criminal system though.

I will note that he goes on at some length about How the boyfriend shot through the closed door. This is in conflict with the video of the AG laying out what happened. He clearly stated that they breached the door, one officer entered, saw boyfriend at other end of hall, boyfriend shot him in the leg, he and his partner fired back.
