Fox is getting pretty shitty during the day. They covered Trumps meeting with Aluminum CEOs. Many of the CEOs were quite supportive of Trump and expressed optimism or discussed past layoffs and either said they were working on rehiring laid off workers or were hoping to hire again soon. It was definitely a positive vibe. As soon as they ended the live coverage the idiot taking head immediately started droning on about Matt Flynn possibly breaking the law and now it cast a dark cloud on Trump's administration. FUCK the media. It would fucking kill them to actually cover positive things this administration is doing.

I was pretty pissed off about this today. (obviously) Then it dawned on me. Why doesn't Trump do more of these meetings, that will be covered live, later in the day or during evening when the media will be forced to cover it. Why not force their hand and show how Trump is following through on a campaign commitment and actually doing some good? Why not maximize the number of eyes seeing your success?

It's not something he could do constantly without being annoying and interrupting dancing with the idiots but doing this occasionally might be beneficial.

There is a process for this in place. The media pool is invited in at the beginning, intros are made, comments, then they are hustled out before the real business begins. These are taped and released to the networks moments later, not shown live. Trump seems to do these often, simetimes a couple a day.

There is no avoiding the Flinn fallout. Whatever it was is going to be covered extensively. You put your best spin on it and take it like a man, for better or worse, which is a hiring goof, so far.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

N. Korea fails in missile test: S. Korean military

North Korea launched a ballistic missile on Saturday, which apparently exploded seconds after liftoff, South Korea's military said.

"North Korea fired an unidentified missile from a site in the vicinity of Bukchang in Pyeongannam-do (South Pyeongan Province) in the northeastern direction at around 5:30 a.m today," the Joint Chiefs of Staff said in a statement. "It is estimated to have failed."

The JSC added it's analyzing additional information.

Longdongsong is seriously pissed, I bet. I predict a spate of sudden openings in the NORKOR ICBM program.

OF COURSE they will rant and complain about the 'failed Trump Presidency' (they were complaining about his weeks ago). That's all they have left. And they WILL continue with this tantrum for the next 4-8 years.

They cannot point to anything positive deeds the dems have done in the past 100 days (much less the past 8 years), because there haven't been any (except for zippycare, which is meeting its own death panel right now).

Relative to things that are really important like judicial nominations, foreign relation efforts, and executive orders rolling back onerous Obama actions, the first hundred days look pretty good. Relative to healthcare reform, I'm satisfied that something will happen and it won't be something rushed through just to meet an artificial timetable.

But personally, my 401k and IRA statements indicate that the first hundred days have been a rousing success. And continued exploding liberal/progressive heads is always an added bonus.....

Interesting when compared to Obama, who the press lauds as very successful. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/...Obama%27s_presidency

There seems to be little substance there and the most laughable addition is the promise to close Guantanamo. So Obama had a very successful first 100 days because he made promises that he failed to keep, but by the same measure Trump is a failure?

If the press was riding in a boat with Trump, and Trump got out and walked on water. The news headline would be, "Trump Can't Swim"

This just in; liberals saying Trump is claiming to be the savior because he speaks in parables.

No dumb assess, he gave you a parable. He didn't speak in them.
