Wait.

So the guy was escorted from FBI HQ by headquarters type of people, whatever that means.

Supposedly he kept the partisan nature of the investigation from Wray and Garland? BS. Stated differently, Wray and Garland would be bias free and not have acted as they did if they'd known differently? More BS.

Garland is about as biased as they come under the cover of his office.

The dismissed agent is just the fall guy. He's been reassigned and that's it.

This one phrase tells you everything you need to know about the lack of credibility of the media as a whole.

And the FBI goon who was walked out and reassigned for supposedly cutting corners and/or lying to start the Trump investigation, you're kidding me right? Try pulling anything similar at your current place of employment and see how quickly your employment gets terminated. Only in Washington DC can you do what these goons at the FBI do, and continue to either keep their jobs or be awarded promotions. That needs to change....asap.

This, for me. I want to watch them all writhe and squirm. Nobody else has had this effect on them and he ran on a platform largely of exposing corruption. Their response to him told me everything I needed to know.

Just a patsy so Wray and Garland can maintain Plausible deniability.

I disagree. The Democrats want Trump to never go away. I'll stipulate to the election fraud nonsense this one time, but Trump lost the last election by hook or by crook. The Democrats think they can do it again. Democrats were funding Trump candidates in primaries with great success thinking a Democrat can beat them in the general. This raid was perfectly timed political hit. Exactly 90 days out. And, its going to be in the news in some form until election time. Look at what everyone is talking about. It sure isn't Biden's record. If the election is about Biden/radical over reach/inflation/gas prices/corruption Democrat lose. Nope. Trump is front and center. And, the media is going to make sure this election is a referendum on Trump. Anyone care to look at the generic ballot polls tightening? Right now independents are siding with Democrats. Why do you think that is? Right now the Red Wave is down to 10 to 20 seat pickup in the House, and possibly losing a seat in the Senate. Republicans better have something up their sleeve because it looks like they're about to under perform to put it mildly.

The media keeps telling everyone the same thing. Apparently, you don’t know anyone buying gasoline, groceries, or have bills to pay if all everyone you know is taking about Trump.

You can keep being spoon fed horseshit about “generic ballot polling” and how we can’t win, but no one that is living around here believes that Trump has dick to do with things that matter in America right now.

2018 the Democrats picked up 41 House seats, and in 2020 they picked up 3 Senate seats to control the Senate and won the Presidency. That's a problem. FWIW the spoon feeding was coming from Ben Shapiro today.

Maybe. Then again, he was photographed being walked out of the building by a couple of goons, the story's in the media, and Grassley's on his ass. I can see his bosses wanting to physically separate him from any of the materials relating to Mar-A-Lago, but that still seems a little dramatic for someone who was just going to be reassigned.

One might also bear in mind that what kind of Congress we have after the next election is likely to have a great deal to do with how this particular PR mess plays out.

Kash Patel Confirms Seized Documents from Mar-a-Lago Raid Were Evidence Showing DOJ and FBI Corruption in Trump-Russia Probe

During an appearance on Tucker Carlson’s television show, former house intel staff and Trump aide Kash Patel confirms the documents targeted by the DOJ/FBI raid on Trump’s home were documents of evidence showing DOJ/FBI political corruption in the Trump-Russia probe.

President Trump declassified documents that show how the institutions within the U.S. government targeted him. However, the institutions that illegally targeted President Trump are now the same institutions seeking control of the specific evidence of their unlawful targeting.
WATCH:

An FBI raid cannot be predicated on a document conflict between the National Archives and a former president.

The DOJ-NSD warrant, and the subsequent raid on Mar-a-Lago could only be predicated and justified on records the U.S. government deems “classified” and material vital to national security interests. That’s the Main Justice cover story to retrieve the evidence of their own wrongdoing. Hence, DOJ National Security Division involvement.

The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."

POSOBIEC: We Are in the Midst of a Preemptive Coup Because They Don't Have Any Other Way to Stop Trump

https://humanevents.com/2022/0...r-way-to-stop-trump/

Human Events Daily’s Jack Posobiec took aim at the Biden administration’s persistent targeting of former President Donald Trump, who has hinted that he may seek the presidency for a second term. The assembly of the January 6 Committee has now been joined by the Department of Justice in doing everything they can to prevent Trump from running again.

“We are in the midst of a coup, a preemptive coup, which is underway between Washington DC, Mar-a-Lago, and every single state in this nation. They banned a sitting president from social media, impeached him two times, jailed his supporters, and now they’ve raided his home. Then they go on TV, and they call us, they call you a fascist,” Posobiec said.

The January 6 Committee has brought witnesses in to testify before Congress with evidence that amounts to hearsay, now Merrick Garland has authorized a search and seizure of documents from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home on the basis of a heavily redacted affidavit that attests that Trump had confidential documents stored improperly in his home.

In response to these efforts, and to join in them, the New York Times Editorial Board has called for the Department of Justice to indict the former president. The New York Times also supported impeachment of Trump during his time in office.

“Now the New York Times Editorial Board has come out and they’re giving air cover to the preemptive coup saying ‘Go right ahead. You have to indict him for the good of the nation. For America to survive for national security to exist. We must indict this man. We must indict President Trump. The only way to stop fascism and defend democracy is to indict President Donald J. Trump, to indict his supporters, to jail them, to criminalize them and to make them otherwise unacceptable in polite society.’

“You get it? Right? You see what’s happening? Every day there’s another cancellation. Every day someone else gets banned. Libs of TikTok just got locked out on Twitter again. Understand what part of the movie you’re in,” Posobiec cautioned.

Posobiec noted that Trump, for his part, has called on FBI whistleblowers to step forward. These are the 14 agents that are working with the House Judiciary Committee. He called for a fund to be set up to help those whistleblowers who did come forward, noting that the people in charge in the FBI, the DOJ, and the Biden administration “don’t care about the truth anymore. They don’t care about the law anymore.”

As to the documents that were seized from Mar-a-Lago, some have been found to be under the seal of attorney/client privilege. A Florida judge has said that they will consider the appointment of a “special master” to go through those documents. The Department of Justice has said that since the FBI already went through them, there’s no need.

“You can’t unring the bell,” Posobiec said. “The Department of Justice has already raided these documents. It was a fishing expedition.

“And if I hear one more person complain,” he said, about what was and wasn’t classified information contained within those boxes, “that’s not what this is about.” The DOJ, Posobiec said, is “going after the Russia gate documents.” This despite the allegations that Trump colluded with Russia to steal a presidential election having been disproven. But even that is not the main goal, posits Posobiec.

“They want to smear him so they can stop him. They want to shut him down. They want to shut down this movement and they want conservatives in this country to be outlawed. They don’t want you to be able to have a voice and they certainly don’t want you to be able to vote,” he said.

“The question is: are we going to do anything about it? Are we—politically—going to stand up and say ‘no more’? ‘We want access to our rights and you are depriving us of our rights. You’re depriving us of the ability to live and interact freely in this country. And you’re doing so deliberately day after day and you’re doing so in the name of defending democracy.’

“We see through you. We see through you con men, you confidence men, we see through your tricks and we’re not falling for it anymore,” Posobiec said in conclusion.

DoJ releases pic of documents recovered from Mar-a-Largo

https://twitter.com/KFaulders/...g-mar-a-lago-raid%2F

"DOJ releases photo of some documents recovered in Trump's office at Mar-a-Lago.The filing says in some instances "even FBI counterintelligence personnel and DOJ attorneys conducting the review required additional clearances before they were permitted to review certain documents.""

If the documents were about the phony FISA warrants they would require further clearance approval.

We have seen the FBI hide behind security classification quite a bit. and then we eventually find out they didn't want to say that McCabe ordered a $70k conference table.

DOJ Files Response to Trump Motion for Special Master Review, Supported by Lawfare Crew Filing Amicus Brief to Bolster DOJ Position

The DOJ has filed a response to the motion by President Trump for the court to appoint a special master to review the seized material from the DOJ/FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. [Court pdf Here] Additionally, the outside government Lawfare group has filed an amicus brief supporting the DOJ-NSD position [Amici court pdf Here]

Essentially the position of the DOJ boils down to… They have already reviewed the material. Yes, there was attorney-client privilege material seized; but they swear the internal team segregated the legally confidential material and the DOJ investigators & prosecutors didn’t see it – double pinkie swear, yer honor.

Additionally, in a nice lawfare maneuver, the DOJ claims President Trump never formally evoked ‘executive privilege‘ on any material at Mar-a-Lago; therefore, despite his position as a former President, he was/is legally considered an ordinary citizen for the purpose of raiding his home to seize material the government considers vital to national security.

To compliment the created DOJ narrative for media consumption; and to assist the media effort for direct distribution of the DOJ position; Main Justice released a picture as an example of the documents seized. The DOJ literally staged and created this photo for media to use, then released it in the court filing. Slick lawfare:

The cover sheets are essentially non sequitur as they do not necessarily describe or affirm the nature of the documented material underneath. “HCS-P/SI/TK” looks all officially looming; however, it doesn’t necessarily mean any of the information is classified as HCS (HUMINT Control System, or human intelligence), SI (special intelligence), or TK (talent keyhole), or SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information), aka the silos.

One word or paragraph could be considered ‘special intelligence’. Example “FISA” or “FISC”. You might remember our prior discussions that every document that contains the designation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, FISA or FISC, literally those words or abbreviations, is considered classified special intelligence.

Trump Announces Declassification of Russia Collusion, Clinton Email Probe Documents

By Jack Phillips October 6, 2020 Updated: December 27, 2020

President Donald Trump announced in a Twitter post late on Tuesday he has authorized the “total” declassification of all documents relating to the Russia collusion and Hillary Clinton email probes.

“I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax. Likewise, the Hillary Clinton Email Scandal. No redactions!” he wrote at around 8:40 p.m. ET. He did not elaborate on the nature of the documents.

Later, he wrote that he “can’t believe these con men are not yet being PROSECUTED,” referring to former FBI officials.

Earlier this week, White House chief of staff Mark Meadows said that Trump, while he was being treated for the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus in the hospital, authorized him to declassify the information.

“This morning we’ve already had a couple of discussions on items that he wants to get done,” Meadows said an interview with Fox News. “Candidly, he’s already tasked me with getting declassification rolling in a follow-up to some of the requests that Devin Nunes and others have made,” he said, referring to Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee.

Meadows also didn’t disclose what documents Trump was working on declassifying.

It came as House Republicans said they would fight efforts from U.S. intelligence agencies to block the disclosure of classified information surrounding the probe into whether Russia colluded with Trump in the 2016 election.

Nunes told Fox that he would not rule out an overhaul of the entire intelligence community.

“We want every damn bit of evidence that every intelligence agency has, or it’s maybe time to shut those agencies down,” the California Republican said. “Because, at the end of the day … our liberties are more important than anything else we have in this country. And they have been stampeded over by these dirty cops.”

Nunes said that memos from Christopher Steele, who authored the controversial and discredited Steele dossier about Trump, should be published. Steele, a former UK intelligence officer, was hired by Clinton’s campaign to come up with alleged links between Russia and Trump.

Top Democrats and the former Obama administration’s CIA director, John Brennan, cried foul over the recent developments.

Brennan told CNN that current Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe is selectively declassifying information to boost Trump ahead of the November election. Ratcliffe made a decision to declassify notes written by Brennan after he briefed former President Barack Obama on intelligence related to Russian security service saying Clinton approved “a proposal from one of her foreign policy advisers to vilify Donald Trump by stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security service.”

“John Ratcliffe is anything but an intelligence professional. It is appalling his selective declassification of information. It is designed to advance the political interests of Donald Trump and Republicans who are aligned with him,” Brennan said.

Democrats accused Ratcliffe of spreading disinformation from Russia. However, Radcliffe told news outlets that such claims are false.

“To be clear, this is not Russian disinformation and has not been assessed as such by the intelligence community. I’ll be briefing Congress on the sensitive sources and methods by which it was obtained in the coming days,” he said to Fox News.
