The brothers' aunt, Thornton, said the family is aching for answers, wondering why the teens went out in the middle of the night wearing masks, wondering why they would have confronted the other family, wondering if the teens had been shot in the back as they were running away, wondering why the three members of the other family--the homeowner, his mother and one other person--were outside in their front yard at 4:00 a.m., wondering why the teens would have walked all the way down that street to the last house in the cul-de-sac, wondering what ballistics tests will show, anxious to get answers about everything.

So much wondering! Sounds like your wondering what a lawyer can do.

They will still be close to each other, for eternity now. Not going to speculate on where.

As I read the Georgia civil liability immunity law in title 51, he would be immune from civil liability if the force is justified. How does that work in real life in Georgia?

Wondering if they can blame the victim somehow because "they babies ain't done nothing, weren't going to do 'nuffin.... Maybe scare bit but tha's all..... " And clearly need justice for those poor innocent kids.

The ones out at 4am with guns wearing masks.

Seriously, there is no joy to be gained by their deaths. This whole thing is just sad all the way around. Nobody wins in this kind of altercation, as even the survivors will have to live with this the rest of their lives.

Sad.
