She is simply trying to throw the Afghan military under the bus. You see, it's not HER fault, or ANY democrat's fault that billions of $$$ in state-of-the-art first-world military hardware is now in the hands of terrorists and extremists - it is because the Afghanis 'didn't fight to defend their own country.'

Of course, she is dodging the MAIN ISSUE - that anybody with a brain KNEW the Afghanis would and could not defend themselves, and it was due to (at best) GROSS NEGLIGENCE that this hardware is now in enemy hands.


This just keeps getting worse. SECDEF basically saying the US will not, cannot, and won't even TRY to evac ALL US CITIZENS from a hostile country? This isn't Grenada med school students - these are people who were SENT THERE by the govt.

I truly hope this is the tipping point. biden, harris, pelosi, that piece of crap politician-in-a-uniform SECDEF ALL need to go.

Not likely. I have read unsubstantiated claims that China is providing funding to the Taliban in exchange for mineral rights in Afghanistan. Again - I am not posting the source because it is not one I generally trust, but the logic is there given China's growing presence in parts of the Middle East.

This...the CCP has no issue bribing the tribes to give up mineral rights and the tribes are more than willing to take their money. The CCP will not fight for women's rights or fight against the opium harvests or hang gay pride flags on their embassy.

The CCP will do exactly as we should have done, bribe them, take their resources and use their country as a POP for our intelligence agencies and shooters.
