Decided to be different tonight and went with a nice martini.  Local Gin (Pursuit Distillery out of Enumclaw, very highly recommend!), A bit of Noilly Prat, and some dried Juniper berries and lemon peel expressed and dropped in to garnish. Bill R | |||
