National Bohemian beer. Discovered it years ago when taking a short vacation in Baltimore for an Orioles game, comic book expo, the Babe Ruth birthplace, the Inner Harbor and the railroad museum.

Just a little vodka mix. I’m off a few days, cut two medium trees after the rain ended. After that I cleaned the gutters & chimney.

Trying to chill now with a little TV.

I’m doing a taste test, Jamison ‘Black Barrel’ verses ‘Eagle Rare’. I’ve had both around but only tried the black barrel, the Eagle rare, at twice the price, has been gifts.

Yes, the Eagle rare tastes better, smoother, but the black barrel is certainly very drinkable, neat.

I have been picking that up now that it is available.

I miss Grumpy Biker's pictures, when he would get a pallet of Octoberfest.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
