Rapid City seems to have quite a few really good craft breweries. We really enjoyed Lost Cabin the last time we were there.

An Old Fashioned. Knob Creek 100 proof. Brown sugar simple syrup, dash of maple syrup, bitters, orange slice and cherry, add a dash of lime juice. Delicious.

Most of the night was old fashioneds.

Finished with a bottle of Dom my wife won in a raffle. It was the worst "champagne" I ever had. I would have rathered a bottle of Martini and Rossi. But I'm uncultured I guess.

These go to eleven.
