A pour of Knob Creek Single Barrel @ 115% neat as always. What a sugar bomb. Very nice.

Burned a big brush pile today. Nice march false spring day here in the Tropics.

I decided it was warm enough to break out a "lawnmower beer". Had one of my "imported" New Glarus Moon Man.

Scott, that Knob Creek is no joke. I found some Single Barrel Reserve and it's 120 proof. Smoooth

One bottle of Voodoo Imperial IPA and two bottles of O'Douls NA mixed in a stein mug. The IPA flavor was a tad weak so half-say in I added a Lagunitas Maximus.

Couple of selections from a local brewery. Kinda cool, they drew them from the tap and canned them on the spot. I'll take a howler back for a fill of the one i like best.

The Southside. Al Capone's favorite drink (per legend). Loving the classic cocktails lately. Gin, Lemon Juice, Mint, Simple Syrup.

Of course this was last night, not today. Also made a Gin Fizz with egg white, gin and lime.

These go to eleven.

Hamm's. Got a nice T-bone steak, some baked beans, and steak fries to go with two or three Hamm's; as 31 years ago today I was told that my Reserve unit would not be activated for Desert Storm's retrograde.
