After 60 years I'm making my first attempt to "acquire" a taste for Whiskey / Bourbon (or any hard liquor). Always been a very light Beer or Wine drinker.

So tonight was Jefferson Small Batch bourbon. Pretty good.

As a side question, when trying a new bottle do you usually finish the bottle before moving on to something different or alternate between different bottles ?

I acquire new bottles to try as the mood strikes. When the cabinet is too crowded I try to entertain more.

Tonight; one or two Fair Winds Brewing Co. Malted Mosaics (IPA) again. Saving my Hamm's stash for mid-week when the temps may be in the 70s. Loving the idea of sitting on the deck, and having Hamm's just around sunset.
